Your Diet Plan:  50% carbs, 25% protein and 25% fat, 1200-1600 calorie restriction
Your Fitness Plan:  20 minutes of crunches and leg exercises.  30 min of swimming 3 times per week, On off days of swimming, I repeat the crunches and leg exercises.  I also use my exercise ball and free weights for at least 30 minutes every evening.  I allow myself one evening and one morning off each week.

Why do you want to lose weight?  

I am not happy with the way I look when I have no clothes on.

 

Updates

January 14th - I lost 4 pounds.

January 21st - Gained 2 pounds.

January 28th - Lost 2 pounds.  I lost 2 inches over my body this week.(0.5 inch per thigh, 0.5 inch waist and 0.5 inch chest.)
