WHO IS SHE THAT LOOKS FORTH AS THE MORNING?

A PROPHETIC WORD FOR ADELAIDE, AUSTRALIA

When I say unto you in the pages of My Word:

"Who is she that looks forth as the morning, fair as the moon, clear as the sun, and terrible as an army with banners..."

Song of Solomon 6:10

It is because I have seen you so My beloved church, and I would have you to see yourselves as I see you says the Lord.

Who---I say "Who is she?" For as you go about your day, many behold you and they look and wonder, and yes, they even marvel at what you are about.

I AND MY CHILDREN ARE FOR SIGNS AND WONDERS:

But I have told you---do you not remember that I said unto you that "I and the children that you have given Me are for signs and wonders in Israel?" And Israel is yet scattered, but shall be regathered in these last days---for I shall have an Israel by faith and I have made them gatherers and not scatterers says the Lord.

For I am the Good Shepherd and I see My sheep that have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day. And I say unto you: "Who will go with Me as I seek and save all that the Father has given Me? For My heart cries for these that I bled and died to save.

FAIR AS THE SUN:

I have made you a "sign in the heavenlies" when I raised you up---you who had been in your trespasses and sins cried unto Me to save you from out of your sins, and with great mercy and compassion, you who had been scattered---you who had been blind, you who were in your trespasses and sins were made alive--quickened by the power of My Word and Spirit. What was your guiding light My own? When you were so alone---tossed upon life's sea, "Who was she? Who was he," whose life shown in the darkness to lead you safely home?

TERRIBLE AS AN ARMY WITH BANNERS:

"Lift up thine eyes round about and behold: all these gather themselves together and come to thee. As I live saith the Lord, thou shalt surely clothe thee with them all, as with an ornament, and bind them on thee as a bride doeth."

Isaiah 49:18

And now I have drawn you to My banqueting house, and I feed you from the King's own table day by day and you are filled with meat and bread---yes, "Living Bread" and the fruits of My Spirit and the wine of rejoicing---And My banner over you is love.

Will you raise your banner high for all to see? For as you do, My beloved; you shall find a place of rest for your souls---and unto you "shall the gathering of the people be." (body of Christ) If My joy is the flag that is flown from the castle of your heart O fly it! For there is much suffering and misery around you each and every day. And the elusive happiness they seek is always over the next hill and mountain top---never within their grasp---for when it seems that they are close, it vanishes like a mirage in the burning sand.

I AM COMING FOR A BRIDE ARRAYED IN WHITE LINEN:

I am coming for a bride prepared, who is arrayed in fine linen---clean and white, for the fine linen is the righteousness of the saints. Will you declare to the ends of the earth the power of the of the Lamb who has declared you "one with Him?" (I Cor. 6:17, Jn. 17:21-Gk, Eph. 5:30-32) For you have I quickened. You have I raised and seated together in heavenly places with Me that you would be flames of fire and walk with Me on the wings of the wind.

GATHER AT THE GATES:

For I will say to one: "Go!" And to another: "Come!" And to My servant: "Do this," and he shall do it. Now then My beloved: At our gates are laid up for you all manner of pleasant fruits---new and old, and I would send you forth to gather them in.

THE ENEMY SHALL GUARD IT IN VAIN:

This is the hour in which I will march against the adversary in great fury and scatter his forces--he shall be stunned, for when he looks for you to come from one direction, he shall guard it in vain; for you will see his stradegy afar off. And you will wait on Me, the Lord your God and when Satan and his hosts least suspects,---we shall surprise him---for in the pride of his heart, he thinks he knows it all.

Wait on Me. I say, live and move and have your being in Me. Trust the leading and the timing of My Spirit and be not dismayed when it is contrary to your own! For I shall fill the floors with wheat, and the vats shall overflow with new wine and oil and you shall rejoice in the day of the harvest says the Lord.

JUDGING THE PROPHETIC WORD:

The term "Shiloh" means "rest." In Genesis 49:10, we read: "The sceptre shall not depart from Judah nor a lawgiver from between his feet till SHILOH come and unto Him shall the gathering of the people be." In the new covenant, Jesus Christ has empowered his church to be "gatherers." This power has come to us through the Baptism in the Holy Spirit, and it's accompanying "spiritual rest." As God has said: "For with stammering lips and another tongue will I speak to this people saying this is the rest, wherewith you may cause the weary to rest, and this is the refreshing." In I Cor. 14, this verse is linked to speaking in tongues and of being filled to overflowing with the Spirit.

UNTO HIM (AND HIS CHURCH) SHALL THE GATHERING OF THE PEOPLE BE:

Wherever you see the bought church of the redeemed lifting up the name of Jesus, he has promised to draw all men to Him. But as we are in Him, and He is in us; they are drawn also to us, His church, for we are "one with Him." Ultimately we look for that great and glorious "gathering of the people--His saints when we are gathered unto Him, in that day when He comes for His own.

But until that day, we, the Church are His ambassadors, His visible representatin in this earth, and it has pleased God who has called us by His grace, to "reveal His Son in us." (Gal. 1-2) It is the of Jesus has made us "one" with Him and in Him. In Acts 10:45-46, the Apostles recognized that tongues was the accompanying sign of the infilling of the Holy Spirit. (Is. 28:ll-12.

TAKE MY YOKE---YOU WILL FIND REST:

By taking His yoke upon us, (that Holy Spirit empowered ministry of doing the works of Jesus,) we cease from our own labors and enter into true spiritual rest. That rest Jesus promised, when we would "Take My yoke upon you and learn of Me; and you shall find rest for your souls." Do you want to have the truth revealed to you? Jesus said: "If any man will do My will, He shall know the doctrine."

Isaiah prophesied this Sabbath rest on this wise, saying: "Not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words, but delighting thyself in the Lord. And He will cause you to rise on the high places of the earth and feed you with the heritage of Jacob, your father." Isaiah 58:13

It is true that one can have the experience of the baptism in the Holy Spirit, but allow their study of the word and their prayer life to fall off. Jesus warned of this, saying: Watch and pray for the spirit if willing but the flesh is weak. It is through the discipline of the Spirit-led, Spirit-filled life, as we share the yoke with our God, that we will see the manifestation of Jesus as "Our Shiloh."

The Lord Jesus Christ wants to manifest Himself in churches all across the world as "Shiloh"---"the rest bringer." For He is the same, yesterday, today and forever. On that day of Pentecost we read:

"This Jesus has God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses. Therefore, being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost; He has shed forth this which you now see and hear. For truly Jesus said: " He is with you, but shall be in you." (John 14:17) I will not leave you comfortless, but I will come to you." (John 14:18)

WHO WAS---WHO IS HE? WHO IS SHE???

Who was it that stood with them, teaching and talking to them at that very moment? It was Jesus! Now in His glorified form, He yet lives!!! In Rev. 2-3, we see Jesus has not left us alone, but as our great high Priest is prophesying to us, even as He prophesied to and through John to the 7 churches of Asia as John lived in exile, on the Isle of Patmos.

When in this prophecy, which God has spoken for Adelaide, the Lord says: "When you were in your trespasses and sins---who was your guiding light?" We know that no man can come to Jesus except the Father, who sent Jesus ,draw Him. (John 6:44)

But Jesus also said that when He was lifted up from the earth, (crucified, risen and ascended; I will draw, Jesus says; all men unto Me." ( John 12:32) We see that while Jesus walked as a man upon the earth, He humbled Himself and took the form of a servant. (Phil. ) But now, as the glorified Christ---Just behold Him in Revelation. chapter 1. For Jesus is the Captain of the Hosts of Heaven, and we see Him now administrating and giving direction from heaven.

God has ordained that we should be co-workers together with Him." And "ministers of reconciliation." Jesus said in John 8:12, "I am the light of the world." But in us, that light has found a "lamp" if you will.

Let your loins be girded about, and your lights burning; and you yourselves like unto men that wait for their Lord, when he will return from the wedding; that when He comes and knocks, they may open to him immediately. Blessed are those servants, whom the Lord when he comes shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that He shall gird Himself, and make them sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve them." (Luke 12:35-37)

WORDS OF KNOWLEDGE:

As I write, God gives me a vision of a woman and she is beside herself with joy, because God is giving "her" some light right at this very moment. I see your joy my sister. I can hear you crying: "It's the menorah!!!" Yes, it's Jesus and it's also us---those 7 lamps of Rev. 2-3, a "one" lampstand, in Him. Zechariah's vision in chapter 4 of the "golden candlestick or lampstand, and the golden oil, is being fulfilled, not by might, nor by power, but by the Spirit of the Lord. We are "Children of light." And we are those two anointed ones---or "sons of oil," that are spoken of in Zech. 4:14.

I did not intend to write that, but it was this vision of this sister's precious little face, and shining eyes--so excited about the revelation of Jesus Christ, which God showed me in the Spirit. Jesus loves all of you, so much, but God also wanted to show you how He can anoint very specifically to answer your questions and to satisfy that spiritual hunger of yours. When you want truth, pray for it, and God will answer your hearts cry. The exciting thing is that you never know how it will come, or through whom!

A WOMAN IN BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA:

God gives me another vision of a woman, and she lives in Australia. Brisbane! She is your sister in law, and you have wanted her to "take hold" of the things of God, but she has been going through some things and she has been very distraught. The Lord says: I am going to heal you of this cancer. This healing is going to come through the word of God penetrating your heart and life.

Yes, it's for you! And that's not all. You are being alled into a ministry and you are going to be so surprised at the way in which God is going to use you because you never in your wildest dreams ever imagined God would use you in this way. Oh you at times have had a glimmer or a glimpse but this so far supercedes all of that, and you will be amazed. Lift up your hands and begin to praise the Lord.

IMPROPER ATTITUDES HINDER US FROM SHINING AS WE SHOULD:

Do all things without murmuring and disputings: that you may be blameless and harmless, sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom you shine ass lights in the world; holding forth the word of truth." (Phil. 2:15-17)

Satan loves to cause division between people so that they will not sharpen one another spiritually as "iron sharpens iron." Often the very ones he tries to put at odds with one another, are the ones with intersecting ministries, where the body needs to be ministered to by joints and bands."

Resist that fleshly that wants to "compete, if it tries to come upon you. Wage war on the spirit of jealousy or envy.

"Wrath is cruel and anger is outrageous, but who can stand before envy?"

(Proverbs 27:4)

Envy is a ruling spirit---I've been convinced that it's a stronger principality than many others. "They delivered Jesus up because of envy."(Mark 15:10)

Some of you are so intimidated by envy that you are fearful of stepping out. You're afraid you'll lose your friends. If your "friendship with them is contrived---if it's solely on the basis of you keeping your mouth shut, that's no friendship." As "iron sharpens" iron, a man sharpens the countenance of his friend (Prov. 27:17) People like that don't want to be sharpened. You know the bible says that if you reprove a "scorner, he'll hate you."

I have had to pray that God would deliver me from envy, because I have some spiritually and naturally gifted people among my circle of friends. This is what God had me to do. He commanded me to stop comparing myself with others, and to allow Him to develope His calling in my own life. This takes a good deal of my time, and keeps me focused. If I feel a twinge of jealousy or envy, I endeavor to fill my mind with what's lovely, true and of a good report. Envy is destructive. It tears down as the foolish woman in Proverbs 14:1. But love edifies and builds up. Another thing God has had me do is to bless the people he tells me to. It may be an offering or a kindness to the very person the devil is trying to being a division toward. But as I step out in faith, I am blessed in the giving, because this comes back as the bible has said: "Give and it shall be given to you---pressed down and running over."

THIS IS A GREAT MYSTERY BUT I SPEAK OF CHRIST & HIS CHURCH: (Eph. 5:30-32)

Hang around with those who love God and want to be changed, because if you reprove a wise man, he'll thank you. (Prov. 9:8) Superficial relationships will never bring forth the kind of KOININEA or "joint participation" in Christ that Jesus died for His church to experience. We are talking "bone of His bone--flesh of His flesh---cleaving to one another, as that mighty man of David's, named Eleazar, in the Old Testament whose sword clave to his hand. (2 Samuel 23:10)

I have a little friend---she and I like hearing from one another. She is an intercessor, with a keen prophetic spirit. I know she sees my strengthes as well as my weaknesses, and prays for me to be all God wants me to be. Jesus said: He that does truth comes to the light that his deeds might be made manifest that they are wrought in God. If you flowing in the power of the Holy Ghost makes people nervous, so that they seem to wish to avoid you---now you know why! (John 3:21)

Or that pride. God resists the proud and gives grace to the humble. There has been a "love of preeminence" in the body. One group will not receive from another. The Spirit of the Lord hates division! Put away all wrath and bitterness and stand arm in arm with that sister, with that brother in the Lord. By one you were purchased. There is but "one body." And one hope of God's calling.

WHO IS THIS AS FAIR AS THE MOON, CLEAR AS THE SUN & TERRIBLE AS AN ARMY WITH BANNERS?

Who reached down to you when you were a sinner? Who humbled themselves to touch a leper like you or like me? It was a precious Christian person. It was a brother or a sister in the Lord. The light of God's word and love through them, shone into the darkness of that prison-house of Satan in which we were bound, and all we saw was Jesus saying: "Come forth!!!" "I have paid the price for your redemption, come forth!"

Wasn't it a sign to you? Wasn't that person a "wonder?" Didn't you walk away saying: "How can they be this way?" "Where did they get this love?" "I'm so embarrassed of My condition. I want to be changed...I want to be different."

This "righteousness," this revelation of the cross of Christ and the way that it inspires us to treat people is "fine linen clean and white." The Greek translation of Revelation 19:8, is that the "fine linen is the righteous "ACTS" of the saints." Here we see the works that faith produces, just as James speaks. These are the "works which shall follow us. (Rev. 14:13)

"THE LEGACY:"

As I write, I see my brothers and sisters in Russia. The Lord says to you: "What a great matter a little fire kindles." (James 3:5) There is coming to you "the first dominion," says the Lord. (Micah 4:8)

"And thou O tower of the flock, the stronghold of the daughter of Zion, unto thee shall it come, even the first dominion; the kingdom shall come to the daughter of Jerusalem." Arise and thresh!!!

Why does this prophetic word come forth from my spirit---? Because God calling as deep to the deep and is going to move in Russia in a way which supercedes all past revivals. (Read: Prophecy for Staraya Rusa "Put the of Jesus Between you And His Star") And what is the "first dominion?" No this does not mean "communism" because this is not Russia's divine destiny. Neither Marx nor Lenin is Russia's God. I will tell you---that when I was a small child, there was a person --- at church, we were given little Sunday School papers, and she would sew them together into a little book. One such book was called "the Legacy."

It was about a in a forest in a little village in Russia who had to hide her bible in a hollow of a tree," because she lived in a country in which she was under religious persecution. God burned into my heart a love for all persecuted peoples who could not worship Jesus Christ freely. Over the years, I have interceded for Sudan, Uganda, Zaire, Ruanda, Israel, Russia, Ukraine, Ireland, Poland and many nations under severe persecution. But God first used this story when I was a child, of this little in this tiny village in Russia, to call me to the ministry of the gospel.

Blessed is the man that walks not in the counsel of the ungodly--(if you are a Communist you must repent, turn from your unbelief and receive forgiveness of sins through Jesus Christ) nor stands in the way of sinners, (If you are sinning-consider the judgment of God on sin---For He shall judge the world through Jesus Christ on judgment day, and God's Spirit is reproving now, the world of sin and of righteousness and of judgment--John16:8) We urge you to turn from your sinful life-style and receive salvation and forgiveness of sins. Jesus took the judgment for you sin, so you could walk in His righteousness or right-standing with God. Through the power of His Spirit---walk in holiness of the truth Acts chapter 1-2) nor sits in the seat of the scornful.

God's word says: Cast out the scorner and contention and strife will cease. Scorn often comes from having a spirit of haughtiness and pride--it makes us want to be judgmental toward others. But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in His law does he meditate day and night. And he shall be like"a tree planted by the rivers of living water that brings forth his fruit in his season; his leaf shall not wither and whatsoever he does shall prosper."

Psalms 2:3

Sometimes when people have been through severe persecution, there is a bias, and an animosity and bitterness that is taken away in Christ. We are not to love with partiality, or to have a "sectarian spirit." For God so loved the world, He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believees in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)

God buried this deeply in my heart from a child, and spoke it into my life prophetically. When God saved me out of a life of sin, I did not try to pray for you---I could not stop praying for you. For He had made me by then, like the tree with the bible hidden inside.

"And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of living water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper."

Psalm 1:3

When Jesus disciples said: Jesus, your mother and brothers are outside, didn't He stretch forth His hands to the crowd and say: Whoever does the will of My Father is My mother and My brethren?" (Mark 3:33)

The Lord says to you: "It's the glory!" For even as there is a Second Adam" there is a redeemed ---a second Eve---a bride for this Second Adam---and she is clothed in the glory of the Lord, and walking in His power and might. This is God's Church!!! Didn't God say that they would "cleave" and be one flesh? (Gen. 2:24, Eph. 5:31-32 ) "This is a great mystery, but I speak concerning Christ and His church? "

"The first---is of the earth---earthy. The second --- is the Lord from heaven."

I Cor. 15:47

And this scripture surely does apply: "Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared for Me. Then said I, Lo I come---in the volume of the book it is written of Me--- to do thy will O God."

Hebrews 10):1-39

INTERCESSORY PRAYER & THE SPIRIT OF WISDOM & REVELATION IN THE KNOWLEDGE OF HIM: (Eph. 1:17)

There is a woman pastor, and a teacher by the name of Billie Brim. She has been a good example for me. Her church is called "The Glorious Church," and it's in Collinsville, Illinois. Get some of her books and tapes, or spend some time at this place called "Prayer Mountain" if you have opportunity. Call me up if you go---I just might go with you.

Billie ministers in Israel, and she is full of ---and keeps herself full of the Holy Ghost. Her life of intercessory prayer has been an example to me. If you hear of an event at her church, and God puts it on your heart to let me know, be sure and drop me a note or an e-mail, because I do not always hear about these things. Billie's ministry has the respect and the confirmation of many men of God. I appreciate her, with all of my heart. Sometimes when I just get hungry for a Holy Ghost meeting, I put on one of her tapes.

Gloria Copeland is another---I admire the teaching ministry and the holiness and godliness in which this woman walks. Both she and her husband have teaching ministries. They move in "revelation knowledge." Tom and I like revelation knowledge. Jesus taught by revelation when he taught, and some people just tap right into the Lord's teaching ministry...We need a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of the Lord. I pray this prayer daily. (Eph. 1:17, James 1:5) This is what we need so we can know the "hope of His calling, and the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and the exceeding greatness of His power to us who believe. Do you know what you do with revelation? You line it up with God's word and test it. You do the same with "wisdom." Then you don't have to be afraid of it. Whether it comes through a man, woman or child---we know the Shepherd's voice and another we will not follow. (John 10) Yes, God is speaking through all sorts of people in this hour---even very small ones. Don't look at them after the flesh.

Henceforth know we no man after the flesh---not even Jesus. Some of you are still seeing Jesus like the man of Galilee. Look at His face in Revelation chapter 1. Know Him after this picture. Know Him after the Spirit. But never lose sight of Him as the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world! We know Him through this book called the bible. (2 Cor. 5:16, Rev. 5) This doesn't mean that what we do in our bodies is not important. The Gnostics fell into that error. It simply means that we extend grace to one another to grow and to be conformed to the image of Jesus Christ. (2 Cor. 3:18)

JESUS BOUGHT BACK THAT LOST DOMINION:

Jesus bought back the lost dominion, with His precious . There is so much of God and He wants to pour out a revelation of Himself on you even more than you want it. He was the one who created you with that desire to impart these things to others. And so you shall. And so you shall.

Only as we live and move and have our being in Him, will the adversary guard the gate in vain. Only as we move as we are prompted by God's Spirit will we ambush the devil. This is the Spirit-filled, Spirit-led life. Yes, we all fall short at times, ---I fall short---and I want to please Jesus more perfectly...but we are growing in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, as we come to the table of the Lord and receive forgiveness of sins, and partake of this meat and bread and the fruit of His Spirit.

And these spiritual forces, that would use these s warring in our flesh, to blind our eyes to the fact that God is building in our very lives, His gifting and His calling, must find no place in us, we "guard ourselves and keep ourselves in the Lord and His Word even as it says in I John 5:18

"He that is begotten of God keeps himself and that Wicked one touches him not."

This means that as a Christian, we do not want to sin and we do continue in sin. It does not mean that as Christians, at times we might not fail to obey all that the Lord would have us to do, in His word and by the leading of His Spirit. There are sins of omission and sins of comission. It's not just what we do, but what we fail to do oftentimes that is the problem.

"If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. But if we confess our sins He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." ( I John 1:10) And again: "If any man sin, we have an advocate with the father, Jesus Christ the righteous." (I John 2:1)

THE LAW OF THE SPIRIT OF LIFE IN JESUS CHRIST HAS SET ME FREE FROM THE LAW OF SIN & :

The Apostle Paul himself exclaimed: "I see another law in my members warring against the law of my mind and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. (Romans 7:19-25) Who shall deliver us? Paul has good news for us all!!! It is through Jesus Christ our Lord! The one who has saved us and called us by His grace will also conform us to His image and likeness.

This sounds good that God says that this is the hour in which He shall march against the Adversary with great fury. God has a holy indignation for Satan and sin. He wants us to also have a readiness to avenge all disobedience, when our obedience is fulfilled." (2 Cor. 10:6) Sometimes however, we revenge or avenge a disobedience we see in someone else, judging them harshly, and then God shows us that we do the very same thing. God is jealous for His holy bride---it is for this reason that the One with the sharp two edged sword coming our of His mouth, is waging war against all that makes and believes a lie. (2 Thess. 2:11,Rev. 21:27) Let's remember that even as we obey God's word and "exhort and rebuke with all long-suffering for the time is coming when people shall not endure sound doctrine, lets speak the truth in love, and "consider ourselves lest we also be tempted."(2 Timothy 4:2)

BEING GATHERED SO THAT THERE ARE NO GAPS:

As a body, we must allow the "Gatherer to gather us as a hen her brood." The Most High wants for us to abide under the shadow of the Almighty, where there is safety. (Psalm 91) As we do, the revelation is going to flow. The anointing and the prophecy, and the healing words of knowledge are going to flow! It is coming through you and you and you...and even me.

The GATHERER is in our midst. Let's let Him have His way. For even as He "gathered Saul of Tarsus" on that Damascus Road; and He gathered His apostles and forbid them to go into Bithynia and Asia, and sent them into Macedonia, Jesus has not left us alone as he said.

In this very hour, Shiloh is with you, and in you, imparting His peace and rest, and quieting your aggitations as you pray in the Holy Ghost. Listen for His voice. There is direction for you as specific as that of the disciples in the book of Acts, to see the harvest "gathered in."
