I changed my mind about borrowing Mark's guitar. I went out and bought my own electric guitar on Saturday! It plays really well and I've mastered the fingering for the intro to "Sweet Child of Mine" but I now just need to pick up on the speed! I've also decided that I want to be able to play the first bit on "The Crow" where Eric Draven is on the rooftop with the guitar he got from the pawn shop (before he blew it up!). I've bought the soundtrack and the score from Amazon.com and they arrived within a couple of days.

I went to see
yesterday and OH MY GOD what a mint film! - OK so I've got a Vamyre fetish (kinda thing) and by the time I came out of the theatre, I could feel my heartbeat throbbing through every vein in my body! Le-Stat was amazing and the scene when he sees sumlight for the first time, he wears his trousers JUST at the point that they should be worn by all men who's man-hips are visable and as sexy as his!
I'm hoping at the minute to be able to organise to go down to Glastonbury and Leeds, thanks to Mike Waugh for trying to help, I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that my application will be accepted!
Well, since I wrote this, I've since found out that all the jobs are gone for Glastonbury, so I'll just have to aim for next year... again! *sigh* - But I'm still planning on going to Leeds!...?
