James R. Grogan
James R Grogan (18817 bytes)James R. Grogan (b October 20, 1825 in Lockport, New York d May 6, 1887). James R. Grogan was a US Army Officer in the Mexican American War. He was also Chairman on the Military Committee in Hocking County, Ohio, during the Civil War. James R. Grogan was a lawyer, and a Judge and he owned (and was the editor of) the Hocking Sentinel.
