This is Lizzie. I wanted to name her Elizabeth, but my sister said that was a silly name for a dog. She thought Lizzie was better. Lizzie never barks or bites--never. She is a very good dog and sometimes when Ian is playing rough she gets a little scared. Her favorite food is hot dogs. My mom says hot dogs aren't even good for people, so Lizzie doesn't get them very often. Lizzie is scared of lions. She's never seen a real one, but pictures always make her hide under my bed. I don't think she would like the zoo very well.
Gumdrop is my sweet little kitty. She has been de-clawed, so if you pick her up she won't scratch you. She is a big fan of Garfield and loves lasagna almost as much as he does. Her favorite game is Hide and Seek. She isn't a very good hider, though. She always hides in the same place--under her favorite umbrella. She uses it like a tent and sleeps in it, too. Gumdrop is scared of bears and dogs that bite, but she doesn't mind the dogs in our family a bit.
This is my big sister's puppy. He's friendly and loves strangers almost as much as his own family. He only barks at people who don't stay and talk to him. Sometimes he bites when he's playing, but it doesn't really hurt. He likes to eat graham crackers, but we usually only let him eat his dog food, because it's better for him. He ate one of my sister's books once, but she said it wasn't a very good book anyway. His favorite place to sleep is the foot of her bed, but he usually falls off and ends up sleeping in her bean bag chair.
This is my sister's dog, Pickles-Bob. She wanted to name him Pickles, but he looked like a Bob, so she called him both. Pickles-Bob looks like a grump and he is. He's nice to the other animals, but he doesn't really like any people besides my sister. He won't bite you if you pet him, but he might growl a little. Can you guess what his favorite food is? No, it's not pickles. It's dried apricots. He would eat a whole bag if you let him. Bob has a blue water dish. Once it got broken and we had to buy him a new one. The store only had red ones and P-Bob wouldn't drink out of it. We gave the red bowl to Ian and searched all the stores until we found a blue one.
