Ever wanted to make something disappear? Or turn that bully into a frog? Maybe you wanted to fly or make yourself invisible? Well guess what? I can’t help you with any of that. That kind of magick isn’t really. Believe me, I love Harry Potter, but no matter how many times I say “Alohomora” I’ll never be able to unlock the door without the key. I can do magick, real magick, but it’s not as exciting as what you see in the movies. You can do magick too, you probably just don’t realize it. Have you ever thrown a coin into a fountain and made a wish or after blowing out the candles on your birthday cake? Well, that’s magick. Magick is when you think really good thoughts and you believe that it will come true. And it always works. I know it may not seem like it to you, because it may not happen exactly as you wanted it to. That’s all magick is. Thinking good thoughts and pretending. It doesn’t mean that if you wish for a million dollars that you will get it. Because nobody needs a million dollars. But if you learn to only ask for things that you need than you will get a lot more than if you ask for unrealistic things. Magick has a price though. No you won’t turn into a pumpkin at midnight, or have to sell your soul to an evil demon. It’s called the Threefold Law. Don’t worry, I’ll explain it. First let me tell you what the Threefold Law is. Whatever you send out will come back to you Threefold. When you perform magick you are raising energy. We all have energy inside of us, and with magick you make that energy grow inside you. You can’t see it, but with practice you can learn to feel it. Also when you are casting a spell you are praying to the Gods to help you, so in a way, they are helping you and giving you some of their energy. Well if you are raising all this energy, it’s like making a big bubble. You send that bubble out to the person or place that your spell is directed at. What happens with the Threefold Law is that the bubble grows and grows (three times bigger) and than it comes back to you. So if you cast a good spell (a spell that helps someone or something) than all that good energy comes back three times bigger than it was before and surrounds you. Basically casting good spells (even if it seems like it only helps someone else) will actually make your life better. Sounds pretty good huh? Well, you also want to remember that this applies to bad spells too. So imagine if you cast a spell to make the school bully get hurt. Can you imagine how much pain will come back to you? Before you start casting, you need to ask yourself, “Is this spell going to help people or hurt them?” So magick won’t solve all of your problems, in fact, if you do it right, you will mostly be solving other people’s problems. But you will feel really good about, and eventually all that goodness will come back to you.............Threefold! |
