Thunder Taping Results
Stevie Ray came out to join Tenay and Schiavone at the broadcast table.
Lance Storm and Elix Skipper come down to the ring with Major Gunns accompanying them to the ring. Gunns is dressed in the red and white of Canada and bears a Canadian flag in hand. Storm instrinctively rips on the American people and asks to hear the national anthem of Canada. Anthem plays and Gunns reveals a top under her shirt with the colors red, white and blue. Gunns bolts like lightning out of harm's way.
Match #1 - Elix Skipper & Lance Storm vs. Kronic
Kronic and Team Canada battle back and forth until Kronic finished the match with their Hightime.
Winners: Kronic
General Rection attacks Skipper, who then is attacked by Storm. The rest of the Misfits In Action come to Rection's aid.
Backstage, a limo arrives. Out of it comes Kevin Nash, Scott Steiner and Jeff Jarrett. The Natural Born Thrillers waited for them to arrive, so they are there, too. Nash shoos the Thrillers away.
Nash, Steiner, Jarrett, Reno, Mike Sanders, Mark Jindrak, Sean O'Haire, Chuck Palumbo and Shawn Stasiak come down to the ring. Steiner gets on the mic. He addresses Goldberg. He says Goldberg is no match for a genetic freak like him. Nash gets on the mic next. Nash says he appreciates that Jarrett didn't want to tarnish his World Title victory on Nitro, so he just called it down the middle. He then says he's been doing some soul searching, and came to the truth that he had won the title for the people. He then tells the crowd that they're more gullable than he thought. Nash then says that the Natural Born Thrillers are indeed the future of wrestling, and that they'd get the opportunity to prove that tonight. Nash says he, Steiner, and Jarrett will be running the show and that nothing can stop them.
Suddenly, Booker T's music blares and out comes Booker from the back. Booker says he is sick of the crap Nash is saying. He asks if they all held hands to go to the restroom, too. Booker says he has found people who will help him fight Nash and his many goons. He says they are Big Vito, Mike Awesome and the Filthy Animals. Awesome, Vito and Animals come out. Booker says that in order to take over the show, Nash and his goons would have to go through them first. Then all hell breaks loose, but control is regained when several officials break it up.
Backstage, Nash tells Reno that it will start with him.
General Rection is interviewed next. Basically, Rection says he wants a title shot against Lance Storm at Fall Brawl.

atch #2 - Reno vs. Mike Awesome
Reno and Awesome battle back and forth. When Reno is in control, he notices Crowbar and Daffney ringside. He confronts them both. Awesome takes advantage of this opportunity and grabs a win with an Awesome Bomb
Winner: Mike Awesome
After the match, Reno assaults Crowbar. He even is prepared to attack Daffney, but doesn't. Reno leaves, and Daffney just stands in disbelief wielding a chair in one hand and popcorn in the other.
Backstage, Jarrett attacks Awesome with several weapons. Nash simply watches on.
A pre-taped interview with Paul Orndorff is shown conducted by Tony Schiavone. First, Paul says he is proud of his kids and that they are ready both mentally and physically. Tony informs Paul that the "kids" said that they owe Paul nothing. Paul then says he gave them jobs and that they'd be nothing had it not been for him.
Backstage, Steiner confronts Reno about his loss to Awesome. Steiner tells Reno he was supposed to win that match, and then lays out Reno with his steel pipe.
Next, Pamela Paulshock interviews Booker T. Booker says he's gonna defeat Mike Sanders tonight, and that he will wrestle Kevin Nash at the pay-per-view for the World Heavyweight Title.
Match #3 - Mark Jindrak & Sean O'Hare vs. the Filthy Animals
Konnan does his usual mic work. Next, Jindrak gets on th mic and says he thinks that somebody lost their children and that the Animals are those kids. A great highflying match by both teams, but the Animals come out on top.
Winners: Filthy Animals
Backstage, Nash is shown speaking with Sanders. Nash tells him he wants him to hurt Booker. He also mentions to Sanders that if he fails he'll find out first hand how much a prick he can be.
Jarrett then approaches Nash. Jarrett tells him that they need to lead by example, so he wants a match with the person on the paper he shows Nash. Nash tells him that the match could spell the end of his career. Jarrett says he doesn't care.
Sanders is shown speaking with Jindrak and O'Haire. Steiner lays the two out with his steel pipe for losing to the Animals.
Sanders walks out to the ring and says over the mic to Booker that if he thinks he can win it to come get in it. Booker comes out to the ring ready for battle.
Match #4 - Mike Sanders vs. Booker T
Booker dominates the match, and wins the match with his Book End.
Winner: Booker T
Booker is shown limping backstage.
Sanders is shown speaking with Nash. Sanders tells Nash he thinks he hurt Booker. Nash tells him that he lost, and that was bad. Steiner takes out Sanders with his steel pipe.
Backstage, Jarrett is shown getting himself check by a doctor. He says he wants to be 100%.
Match #5 - Big Vito vs. Chuck Palumbo
The two men fight back and forth, but Big Vito picks up the win.
Winner: Big Vito
Backstage, Palumbo is shown hiding. Steiner still lays him out with his steel pipe.
Jarrett is shown praying.
Match #6 - General Rection & AWOL vs. Harris Brothers
During the match, Kronic attack the Harris Boys, costing them the match. Rection wins courtesy of his patended No Laughing Matter.
Winner: General Rection & AWOL
After the match, Storm attacks Rection from behind, but is chased away by AWOL.
Jung Dragons are shown backstage with their mentor. She says that if they do well she will lick their boots, but that if they lose they'll have to lick hers.
Nash and Steiner are shown trying to talk Jarrett out of his match. Jarrett says he has to do what he has to do.
Jarrett comes out to the ring. He says that this match is for all his little slapnuts. He says that he needs a tuneup, so he made this match. He then calls out his tuneup.
Match #7 - Jeff Jarrett vs. Kwee-wee
During the match, Awesome comes out to distract Jarrett. After awhile, Jarrett gets the win with his Stroke. He then says he just had the match of the year.
Winner: Jeff Jarrett
Match #8 - Shawn Stasiak vs. Paul Orndorff
Stasiak comes out and says that though he is unable to wrestle he'll still contribute to his team. He says he'll arm wrestle anybody from the back. Orndorff answers the challenge. They lock up. They go back and forth until Orndorff cold cocks Stasiak. He then piledrives Stasiak. The rest of the Natural Born Killers run down, but get chopped down by Orndorff with a steel chair.
Winner: None
Yet another limo arrives. Out of it emerges the Cat and Ms. Jones. They head out to the ring. He tells Nash that there's no way he'll allow him and his goons to take over the show. He then calls out Nash. Nash, Steiner and Jarrett come out. Cat says that since he is boss, he wants the main event to be himself against Nash. Cat tells Steiner that he may use his own pipe on him, and Jarrett that he has some nuts he can slap. Steiner, Nash and Jarrett attack Cat. Jarrett hammers Ms. Jones with his guitar. Booker T comes out to help the Cat, but also begins to take a beating when the Thrillers also run in. Crowd chants "Goldberg". No Goldberg shows. However, Vito and the Filthy Animals run down to help Booker and the Cat. Nash and his goons jet, as Booker is helped up.
