TCW's first ever PPV event started off with Omega being shown talking to an exectutive of TCW, but we couldn't quite see who the executive was because he has his back to the camera. The mysterious man said that Omega will be the Special Guest Referee for the Main Event match between Heat and Stryfe. Omega shook the man's hand and left.
Heat came out to the ring unscheduled to speak about his World Title defense against Stryfe in the "I Quit" Match. He said that he would retain his World Title, but if he somehow lost it he wanted everyone who holds it after him to know who the greatest champion of all time is. He spraypainted his logo on the the belt. Heat was then interrupted as Omega's music started to play and Omega made his way into the ring. He told Heat that he would be the Special Guest Referee for the Main Event. Heat said that he was fine with that and shook Omega's hand. However, just as Omega turned around to leave, Heat kicked him in the back and put him into the Burnout. Heat then left Omega lying in the ring.
Omega vs. Mack Daddy
Last Man Standing Match
Omega didn't have much time to recover from Heat's attack, as he was set to face off against Mack Daddy in the first match of the evening. Mack Daddy came to the ring carrying a garbage can and quickly attacked Omega. This match was no DQ because it was a Last Man Standing match, so both wrestlers used plenty of weapons. Neither wrestler could keep their opponent down for more than a 5 or 6-count in the early stages of this match. Eventually, Omega hit Mack Daddy in the head with a metal pan. This allowed him to execute the Delta Drop and the AlphaBeta on Mack Daddy. It seemed like the match was over, but somehow Mack Daddy got to his feet just before the referee reached 10 in his count. However, just as Mack Daddy stood up he was hit with a flying shoulder tackle by Omega. As Omega landed, his head hit a metal pan which was lying in the ring. Both wrestlers were down. The referee began his count. Omega got to his feet just a split second before the referee reached 10 to become the Last Man Standing.
Winner:
Omega
Darkside vs. Triple 6
Triple 6 tried to use his speed and agility to his advantage in this match, but in the end Darkside's size and power were too much for him. Darkside caught Triple 6 as he attempted a suicide dive to the outside and rammed Triple 6's spine into the edge of the ring. Darkside won with a Crucifix Powerbomb.
Winner:
Darkside
Cameras in the back showed Omega laying unconscious in a pool of his own blood! There was a bloody baseball bat beside him, but since there was no one else around it wasn't clear who attacked him.
Clips from Chaos! were then shown. We saw Futko beating Insano for the eXtreme Title with help from Omega. The next shot showed Futko taking some kind of speed pills and then dancing around the ring. Clips also showed when, on Chaos!, Insano helped Futko retain the eXtreme Title so that he could wrestle him for it at Doomsday.
Next we saw something that TCW cameras captured earlier in the day. Insano was in the locker room going through Futko's duffle bag. He found Futko's pills and swallowed every single one of them.
Futko(c) vs. Insano
Basement Brawl
This match was a first for TCW. The only way to win the match was to find the hidden eXtreme Title and get completely out of the basement with the title belt. Futko entered the basement and popped open his bottle of pills, looking to get some energy for the match. He realized that his pills were gone and yelled that he would make Insano pay. Insano attacked Futko from behind with a chair and the match was on. Both wrestlers took the fight to each other, using anything they could find in the basement as a weapon. Insano found the eXtreme Title belt, but Furko prevented him from leaving the basement with it. Eventually, Insano was able to set up Futko on a work-out bench and he gave the eXtreme Champion three Bare-Bellied Splashes. After that Insano was able to escape the basement with the belt to become the 2-time eXtreme Champion.
Winner and NEW eXtreme Champion:
Insano
Next we saw a video montage recapping the feud between Heat and Stryfe. We saw how Heat beat Stryfe for the World Title in the Finals of the one-day World Title Tournament on the first even Chaos! We see how things have heated up between the two since then, and how Heat challenged Stryfe to an "I Quit" Match for the World Title at Doomsday.
Heat (c) vs. Stryfe
"I Quit" Match with Omega as Special Guest Referee
It was unclear if Omega would be able to fulfill his duties as Special Guest Referee after he was attacked and left bloodied earlier in the night. He came down to the ring for the match looking dizzy and with his head heavily taped. Both wrestlers entered and the match began. Heat and Stryfe both tried to wear down each other and then to put on submisiion holds, but neither wrestler would say "I Quit" when put in a hold. Heat tried to hit Stryfe with a weapon, but Stryfe ducked and Heat hit Omega in his injured head. Omega was unconscious. Heat then locked Stryfe in the Burnout sumbmission and Stryfe screamed "I Quit". However, Omega was out cold and didn't see a thing. Heat revived Omega and tried to tell him what had happened, but it was of no use. Heat and Stryfe continued fighting. Stryfe busted open Heat's forehead with a cheese grater. The two fought out of the backyard and to the street, but neither could make the other submit. Stryfe took Heat back to the ring, where he locked him in the STF submission and was finally able to make Heat say "I Quit". Omega announced Stryfe as the new World Champion.
