Since Insano was committed to an insane asylum once again, his eXtreme Title was held up and a match between the former champion Futko and the #1 Contender Mack Daddy was set up to determine a new eXtreme Champion.
Mack Daddy came to the ring looking as hardcore as ever. He had black paint smeared all over his face and shirt. Futko danced out to the ring and in seconds the match was on. Both wrestlers brawled around the yard. Futko tried to handcuff Mack Daddy to the ring, but was distracted for a second and ended up handcuffing himself to the ring. Mack Daddy then put a sleeper hold on a helpless Futko and the referee ended the match when it was determined that Futko was out cold.

After Mack Daddy's win, he made the biggest mistake of his career. He got on the microphone and challenged any wrestler in the back to face him for his newly won eXtreme Title, right then and there. He waited for a bit for someone to come out, but no one did. Finally, and to everyone's surprise, "Sabotage" by the Beastie Boys started up. The World Champion, Stryfe, had accepted Mack Daddy's challenge for an eXtreme Championship match.

This match literally lasted about 20 seconds. Stryfe appeared on top of the fence and landed a suicide dive on Mack Daddy. After that it was as simple as Bytchin' Bulldog, 1 2 3, and we had a new eXtreme Champion, and TCW's first ever double champion- Stryfe.

After Stryfe's win he got on the microphone and started to trash talk Omega and Heat. All of a sudden the lights went out, and Heat's entrance music started up. When the light's finally came back on, Stryfe was laid out in the ring, with Heat's symbol spray-painted on his chest. Stryfe got up slowly and walked off in disgust.
Triple 6 vs. Darkside
This match never happened, as Darkside was a no-show. Instead, fans were treated to an even better match. Triple 6 challenged anyone in the back, and just minutes before his Main Event match for the World Title, Omega accepted and walked out to the ring. The match started and Triple 6 was on the offensive, but Omega just kept getting back up. Triple 6 threw everything he had at Omega, but Omega would not be denied. Omega won after hitting his finisher.

After his match, Omega got on the microphone to talk about his Main Event match which was coming up next. Then, just as they did earlier on in the night, the lights went out and Heat's music started up. Everyone expected Omega to be in the ring with Heat's symbol spray-painted on him when the lights came back on, but that was not the case. Instead, Omega was holding the bottle of spray-paint and he was pointing it at Heat! Heat managed to get out of the situation by attacking Omega quickly. The two battled all the way into the back and had to be separated because their Ladder Match for the World Title was up next.
Stryfe(c) vs. Heat vs. Omega
Triple Threat Ladder Match
Heat made his way to the ring first, along with the ladder. He set it up and began to climb up to where the belt was hanging. All of a sudden, Omega ran out from the back and pushed Heat off the ladder. The two battled outside the ring and Omega powerbombed Heat from the outside into the ring. Stryfe's music started up, and the World Champion entered. All three wrestlers went at it in the ring. Omega missed a 450 splash that was just amazing and then was given an X-Factor by Heat. Heat powerbombed Stryfe onto Omega! Omega took Heat to the outside and powerbombed him through a table. Stryfe then nailed Omega with the Bytchin' Bulldog. Omega tried to climb the ladder to get the belt, but Stryfe stopped him. Heat grabbed a headset and did color commentary while Stryfe and Omega battled in the ring. Heat badmouthed Omega, saying that "God warned Omega not to eat the forbidden fruit of the ugly tree, but did Omega listen?!" In the ring, Omega went for the AlphaBeta on Stryfe, but Heat came up behind him and locked him in the Burnout. Heat and Omega were down in the ring from sheer exhaustion, but Stryfe didn't go for the belt. Instead, he signaled for Heat to go for a move on Omega. He climbed the ladder and jumped off, hitting an that must have been 10-15 feet in the air. Stryfe locked Omega in a Figure Four while Heat climbed the ladder and pulled down the World Title belt to become two-time World Champion.

Right away you could tell something was wrong. Stryfe allowed Heat to win the match. Heat got on the microphone in the ring and said that he and Stryfe had just pulled off the biggest screw-job in the history of TCW. He said that they will now be known as $@botage. Stryfe then revealed that HE was the one who knocked out Omega at Doomsday with the baseball bat. Omega charged the ring, but Stryfe and Heat beat on him with the World Title belt. Heat and Stryfe celebrated in the ring. Then, out of nowhere, the TCW locker room emptied. All wrestlers came out, many in street clothes, and a huge brawl errupted. Heat and Stryfe cleared the ring and Hardcore Halloween finished with a shot of them celebrating together.
