Hardcore Halloween II started with Michael Burton interviewing newcomer Wally Junction in the back. Wally seemed excited at the idea of his first match and could only offer a 50's catchprase before running off.
Bulk vs. Wally Junction
The first match of the night saw Wally Junction make his TCW debut, but he didn't get off to the start he would have liked. Wally looked very out of place with his outdated clothes and black and white entrance. Bulk defeated Wally quickly after hitting the All You Can Eat.
Winner: Bulk
Cameras showed Michael Burton who was standing in the back with Little Mikey Walker. Burton asked Mikey about how he felt after his first ever win at Doomsday 2000. Mikey said that he was upset that he hadn't been booked into a match at Hardcore Halloween II. He made an open challenge for right then and there.
Little Mikey Walker vs. Darkside Casket Match
To everyone's surprise, Darkside returned to TCW after being gone for over a year to accept Little Mikey Walker's challenge. Darkside insisted that the match be a Casket Match. Mikey came out to the ring and the match was on. Mikey fought hard, but he was unable to extend his winning streak to two wins in a row. Darkside won after powerbombing Mikey into the casket and closing the lid.
Winner: Darkside
The cameras cut to Michael Burton interviewing Heat in the back. Heat cut a very emotional promo about how he feels that Futko doesn't deserve to be World Champion. Heat said that only he has the certain quality necessary to be a truly great champion. He said that the belt would be returning to it's rightful place, around his waist.
Omega (c) vs. Instigator
The new Backyard Champion Omega came out for this match with a surprise in store for everybody. He and Instigator wrestled back and forth for a while, until Omega hit his finisher and knocked Instigator out. It appeared as if Omega had the match won for sure, when out of nowhere he layed an unconscious Instigator on top of himself for the 3-count. Omega said that he didn't care about the Backyard Title, and that he was coming after the World Title.
Winner and NEW Backyard Champion: Instigator
Stryfe (c) vs. ADHD
Stryfe defeated Mack Daddy to win the eXtreme Title at Hardcore Halloween I. He was looking to extend his record as the longest-reigning eXtreme Champion ever with a win over ADHD at the same pay per view he won the belt at one year earlier. This was a very eXtreme match. Many weapons were used, including pieces of the casket used earlier in the night. Stryfe's reign as eXtreme Champion came to an end when former fan-favorite Omega attacked Stryfe and this allowed ADHD to get the pin and become champion.
Winner and NEW eXtreme Champion: ADHD
Futko (c) vs. Heat vs. Mack Daddy Triple Threat Match
This was a very emotionally-charged pay per view. Heat and all the other members of Random Acts of Violence had assaulted the World Champion Futko on the famous Friday the 13th edition of Chaos!, and left him lying in a pool of his own blood. On top of that, Heat had said in his interview earlier in the night that he felt Futko didn't deserve to hold the World Title belt, and that only he himself did. This match saw Futko have to battle two wrestlers at once as Heat and Mack Daddy double-teamed him. Futko showed his true grit as he kicked out of several pin attempts. At one point, Futko held Heat so Mack Daddy could give him a superkick. Heat was able to duck, and Futko felt the impact of the kick. Heat then knocked Mack Daddy down with a stiff closeline and quickly covered Futko. Referee Troy Jones counted the three and announced Heat to be the winner, even though replays showed that the World Champion just barely got a shoulder up. There was a lot of confusion, and Heat ran off with the World Title belt before anyone could figure out who the real champion should be.
Winner: No Contest
The show ended with Futko arguing with the referee. Heat was long gone with the belt by this point and the announcers said that the matter would have to be settled later.
