Chris Cortez Biography

Born Christopher Carlos Cortez in 1977 in Hollywood, California with a silver spoon in his mouth he was no stranger to being in the spotlight from an early age. With his father as a famous actor and his mother as a famous singer and songwriter, he was rolling in dough instead of playing in sandboxes. Being an only child, he was given whatever he wanted and whenever he wanted making him quite the spoiled child. With his parents hardly around what so ever having full time careers, he was raised by butlers and maids and basically ruled over the mansion home in his parent's absence. 

School went by fast and quick, but it bored the hell out of Chris Cortez who barely past each year as it was. Money mostly persuaded teachers and principles if grades we're the problem, those things can be changed you know. As each year past, Chris Cortez found himself as a senior in high school, but instead of actually finishing the year and graduating, he got bored of it all and dropped out. He soon moved to Florida to get his own place where he hooked up with a few guys looking to make their own boyband. After a few name changes they all finally decided on a name: Backstreet Boys.

Chris Cortez says that it was due to him that they became so successful, and only thanks to him. He says that once they became big and all, they got rid of him because they didn't want him hogging their none deserving spotlight. Chris Cortez then goes on to say how he was in many other Boybands, which he helped them to become big and kicked him out when they did get big. After so much and getting so little, Chris Cortez decided to become the very first "One Man Boyband" and go out on his own and show them all up. First though, he needed a manager, which he found in his mother's personal manager of Syd.

After a not so successful first self-entitled album "Chris Cortez", Syd suggested that Chris Cortez get into wrestling. Syd explained that many wrestling stars went from wrestling to both music and movies, and he could very well do the same. Chris Cortez went with Syd's idea and enrolled in wrestling schools and soon found himself in his first federation of 30 Minute Countdown. Thus began his road in wrestling and more recognition for his signing career which seems to be looking up every day.
