SFPWXP Positioning tutorial:

This tutorial was written by Short Stuff and can't be used by anyone else unless they credit me.

1: Paste your first frame into photoshop. The best place I think is in the center, but keep in mind that with moves like the suplex you will need just as much room on top and your sprites take up.
2: Paste your next frame into the same document.
3: You will see that something will stay in the same place.
4: Drag the frame over the other one to try and line the body part up in the same place.

5: Zoom in to see every pixle clearly.

6: Use the arrow keys to nudge it in different directions until it looks the same.

7: Click view>actual pixles.
8: Select the layer underneth the currant layer and click delete.
9: Repeat until all the frames are done.
*Note* As you get used to using this method you wont have to zoom in as much
