Shane Douglas is one of the Professional Wrestling Federation's rising stars. After battling his way to the finals of a tournament to crown a new Intercontinental Champion, he was defeated by the very accomplished Lance Storm. This wouldn't keep The Franchise down, however, as just one month later, he would get a rematch and be crowned the PWF's third Intercontinental Champion.
