9-20-02 - Well Fans, tempers are starting to flare here in TOPS. The TOS continues to try and dominate things, but TOPS is not going to stand for it! We have yet to hear from or see THE BOSS in person. No one in TOS will comment on why he has not made his presence known. All they will say is that he will do it in his own time. So, last Saturday night at September Khaos, they did not actually come out on top.

To start the show, Danger Inc. came out to introduce to everyone there the newest member. Out came a masked man who no one had ever seen before. As he came to the ring, Mr. Venom and Chuck Murphy snuck in from behind them and just waited. The masked man tried to warn Danger Inc, but they would not pay attention to him. Finally when he got them to turn around and they saw who we all KNEW was behind them. At that time, the masked man pulled out a pair of nunchuks and turned on Danger Inc. The masked man had one member and Chuck had the other member and Venom instructed them to keep up the attack. The masked man put the sharpshooter on one of the members then pulled off the mask to reveal himself as Scott Stuart. Venom told Danger that this is what they get for interfering in his business. The month prior, they jumped Chuck and Scott after their loss to Naturally Reckless and injured them. Venom told them he hoped they had another partner for the six man match later in the night. It is obvious that Venom will resort to his old tactics if and when necessary.

Naturally Reckless came out and said that THE BOSS sent them to defend their tag team titles, but TOPS had no competition. So they made an open challenge to all in the back and out came none other than Seth Shai and American Anarchy to accept the challenge. Both are new to TOPS and this was their first time to team together. They fought a tough battle but just could not get past the biased officiating of Rick Manning and the cheating ways of Ricky and The Natural.

We saw the debut of two new wrestlers in Big Dave and Livewire, thanks to the open door policy here at TOPS. These two have had battles all over Texas and were happy to showcase their talent to our fans. If you were at the show, you noticed there is a very strong resemblance between Livewire and Wade Walker. We could not get a word with either wrestler on this.

We were scheduled to have a Light Heavyweight Title match between Justin Walker and Keats Douglas, however Commissioner Fitz informed everyone that due to Justin being a little bit overweight, this would be a non-title match. So TOS used their power to screw Keats out of a title shot. During that match, Kyzer Douglas attempted to cause his brother to lose the match, but Keats outsmarted him and Kyzer ended up hitting Justin instead and causing him to lose the match. Tempers are starting to flare in TOS and I’m sure THE BOSS will not be happy about that. Now that Keats has defeated Justin in a non-title match, he deserves a title shot, so we will have to wait and see what happens with this situation. When will Kyzer stop interfering in his brother’s business?

John Solo took on Brett Bonz for the Cruiserweight Title and of course Bonz was not alone. His partner, Hellraiser Hark was at ringside with him. These two are no strangers to each other as they have teamed together and have had a few battles recently after their split. Solo had things going his way and was about to defeat Bonz when Hark came in with the Cruiserweight belt and smashed it over the head of Solo. The ref saw this and DQ’ed Bonz for outside interference but Bonz keeps the title. It is obvious this was a plan by The Furious Faction so Bonz would not lose the belt. However, we all saw that John Solo does have Brett’s number and can defeat him any day. I am sure we have not seen the last of these two.

After the intermission, Venom told Big Chris that he wanted to get a few things off his chest. Venom told everyone that he was sick and tired of Rick Manning’s biased officiating and his blatant obsession to take over TOPS on the behalf of THE BOSS. So he called Rick out to the ring Venom told him that he did not care if he was co-owner or not, he wasn’t going to stand by and let him run all over TOPS. Rick began to lecture Venom that HE had been in the biz all these years and he should be respected by Venom. Venom told Rick that he was not there to challenge him and also that he was not intimidated one bit. He would not be as naïve as Curtis the ref, was the month before and fall into a TOS trap. Venom told Rick that he brought in someone new to take care of some business and he called out a newcomer, Payne. Venom challenged Rick to find his biggest, baddest, meanest wrestler and have him take on Payne. Rick said he knew of someone who could take care of this punk and called out Hellraiser Hark accompanied by Brett Bonz. Venom was so confident that Payne would get the job done he left ringside. But when he saw the cheating that was going on, he brought Solo out to keep an eye on Bonz. Payne did not stand a chance with Rick Manning as the referee, and Hark got the win. Then Manning told Hark and Bonz to keep beating Payne down. Finally Hark said he’d had enough and the Furious Faction left the ring. Are we again see trouble within TOS? I’m sure THE BOSS will not be very happy about this turn of events.

Next, was the Six Man Tag Grudge Match between TOS and TOPS. TOS consisted of Kit Carson, Kyzer Douglas and Cowtown Kidd. TOPS consisted of Wade Walker, Shea Wright and JPW, but JPW was unable to make the show due to a death in his family, so TOPS chose Seth Shai to join them to take out TOS. TOPS came out victorious but TOS was not finished. Kit challenged Wade and Shea to face himself and Cowtown Kidd in a cage match next month at the Halloween show. Walker and Wright accepted the match and it’s probably a good thing it will be in a cage.

Finally came the Six Man Tag with nunchuks on a pole. Now was the time to find out just who the mystery partners were. The Impact Thrillers came to the ring without Mr. Venom, since Fitz had banned Venom from ringside due to his actions earlier in the evening. The Thrillers introduced their partner as the 6’, 300 lbs, DREDD. Danger Inc. then brought out their surprise partner, who was a masked man they called Mister M. who came to ringside with a sword and they announced they found this guy in the Orient. The rules were whoever got the nunchuks off the pole first got to use them however they wanted. Chuck Murphy was the first to get them and he used them very well. It was a hard fought battle but in the end, it was Danger Inc that got the win, after they took out DREDD. As Danger Inc and Mister M were celebrating, Mister M. grabbed the kindo stick that was used to take out DREDD and turned on Mustaine and Ryder. He removed his mask and revealed himself as none other than Mr. Venom! We found out later that the original Mister M. was attacked by Venom and his Crue when he arrived in the parking lot of the building. After the match Venom told Danger Inc, “you stuck your nose where it did not belong and now you have found out what happens when you do that.” Venom worked hard apparently to pull this off and it worked to perfection. Danger Inc. was outsmarted twice in one night, now what can we expect from them next show?

Well fans, that’s it for this show, and we will see you all at the Halloween show, so keep checking back for more details of this upcoming show.
