I see you mommy every day,
I know you can't see me,
I'm up above the clouds so high,
I'm walking like a breeze.
There are pretty flowers everywhere,
There's a bright and shiny light,
There is soft and lovely music,
I'm not afraid at night.
There's an everlasting rainbow,
There are children everywhere,
There are angels watching over us,
I see Jesus standing there.
I wish you wouldn't cry so much,
If you could only see,
How beautiful my home is,
How they take care of me.
Can you see my little duckies,
Did you wonder where they were,
I love and miss you mommy,
I don't want you to be blue.
I don't cry at nighttime mommy,
I wish the same for you,
Jesus said it won't be long,
Until you'll be here too.
Daddy's waiting for you,
We have alot of fun,
We laugh and run and shout and play,
We go walking in the sun.
At night the stars are beautiful,
They seem to blink their eyes,
At least thats what my daddy says,
They are winking with their eyes.
Daddy said be patient,
But I don't know what that means,
I guess it means I will see you soon,
Then I can call your name.
I can't wait to hold you near,
Or kiss you on the cheek,
I want to snuggle in your arms,
Like I did with you last week.
I want you to read me stories,
I want you to tuck me in,
I want you with me and daddy,
God will let you in.
There's a golden door with a golden gate,
There's a book with names inside,
There's a nice old man who saw your name,
He said you would drop by.
I've picked your favorite flowers,
The ones that look like sun,
And daddy's put them in a glass,
He said the time has come.
There is your lovely mother,
There is my beautiful wife,
And now we are together,
Starting our new life.
I missed you so much mommy,
I'm glad you've come to stay,
Do you like my pretty flowers,
And now can we all play?
It's nice being here in Heaven,
I love living here with you,
I know you won't cry mommy,
I know you won't be blue.
Cause daddy loves and missed you,
Cause you asked Jesus too,
And He showed us when you would come,
Because He loves you too.
Its time to go to bed now,
Its been such a long day,
I talked and walked with Jesus,
He smiled and led the way.
He told me you were happy,
He said you would never cry,
He kissed me on the cheek,
And gently said goodnight.
