There is a house in Heaven where little children play
Its called My House Away From Home where little children stay.
They will never be mistreated or never go unfed
They can close their eyes and sleep at night and not worry and not dread.
They will never have a fever or catch a cold again
They will never have to worry about the BoogyMan.
They won't be punished anymore for doing something wrong
They will only feel the power of love--bestowed on everyone.
The laughter and the singing is far beyond compare
And the glory of the Angels would make us stop and stare.
Can you imagine such a place where little children go
The ones that never had a home or ones that we don't know.
For all the parents in the world that never cared to love
That hit or hurt their children until they saw the blood
You'll have a house to live in but you won't want to see
For in this house is fire and heat for all eternity.
Now you will feel the pain and hurt and tears will sting your eyes
For you have waited far too long--now listen to your cries.
For you are being punished for all the wrong you've done
For He has not forgotten--each and everyone.
So bless the children of the world and know they're safe at night
For God above had sent his Son--and this has made it right.
