The Baron Samedi is as odd a cat as he looks and sounds. He appeared out of the blue one day while Macavity was out scouting for a new place to heist with Solitaire. Absolutely nothing is known about the cat prior to his life as a henchcat. He is black and white, split straight down the middle. Most cats find him unnerving. An aura of ethereal aloofness surrounds him, and at times it is difficult to believe that this is a mortal cat.

Samedi is Solitaire's right hand cat, and is sent to do her bidding whenever the need presents itself. He calls her 'the Lady' as a sign of respect. She and Macavity are two of the few cats he respects. He is always serious, and has a habit of appearing when least expected.

Note: The Baron Samedi was actually taken from 'Live and Let Die' (a James Bond movie), the same movie that Solitaire was taken from. While her character has changed much, Samedi's has remained essentially the same.
