Simply click the link to the specific gallery. From the gallery you can select a image. The full size image will show up.
To download the image, click on a gallery first, then click on the image you want to download, it will open a new window and show the image in full size. Then, right click on the full image and select the "Save Picture As" option and it will prompt you where to save on your local computer.
