We make our soaps using herbal additions such as peppermint or berry botanicals, lavender blossoms and essential oils and scent oils based in essential oils. EVERYTHING starts with good, old fashioned SOAP: a base of vegetable fats, sodium hydroxide and fresh water. The soaps, containing their natural glycerins are aged for at least four weeks. The soap is hard milled for facial quality bars and balls, and the different scents are added. We use the soaps ourselves before we let anyone else get them. They are especially favored by the young mothers in the family because despite their gentle shower attributes, they are wonderful for stain removal when laundering children's clothing.Favorites include Cherry Chiffon, CHOCOLATE MALT, Peppermint Creme and LaLa Lavender and just plain good white soap.
