     Ref. 11 states they were renting space in the Starr factory when it burned. Map B. This was reported in the Constitution, a Middletown newspaper. Starr mill is located in the Staddle Hill area of Middletown. The partnership of Libby & Jordan was at the mill making the same tools when the fire destroyed the building. James Tidgewell also made squares and bevels there earlier.
