The introductory topic includes Revelation Chapter 1, as well as counsel on how to approach prophecy, how to understand it, and will include general discussion of how to interpret Revelation and Prophecy. We will include the various theories a the imminent end of this age, Jesus words in the Olivet Discourse prior to his death describing the end of the age [focus is Matt 24], and Rev Chapter 1, the Introduction to Jesus’ Revelation [often called John’s Revelation].
Special request: Although we usually start by reading the Bible itself, this time read the self study guide before you read the Bible chapters on this first lesson. He covers how to read and interpret Revelation. We will review this in the lesson, so don’t worry if you don’t get it all.
