Day 4 - idle

2/24: Dear Robin -

Hiya ... today we built a shelf for the back of the van, so we could cover up our gear, so no one would look in and see our stuff and try to steal it. You'll admire our craftsman-ship. We bought too long of nails, so we had to hammer them over on their sides, to increase hand shredding potential. We used two pieces of plywood that don't seem to inhabit the same plane, and the legs are laughably crooked. So, just let me know if you need any kindling.

Tomorrow we head to Charlottesville to play at a billiard hall. It's our last show until Friday, unless we successfully crash a club or two along the way. We have a good show lined up at a good spot in Gainesville, FL then another probable show in Atlanta on Sat. then back home. Tell me to drive safely.

Robin's reply: You guys are freakin geniuses. When you lose your keys and run out of food, make sure someone remembers my number. Not that I can help you with money, but I do want to be the first to laugh at you.

Drive safely.

Robin van Maarth
