CODE OF THE WEST
A man's word is his bond--and so is a woman's.
Always tell the truth.
Always keep your promises, no matter how inconvenient.
Speak plainly; say what you mean... mean what you say.
Pull your own weight.
Work hard: no matter how unpleasant, dirty, and tiring it is. Someone is counting on you.
A man is what he does.
Live clean.
Don't gamble, cheat, or buy on credit.
Sex is fine as long as it follows the other rules.
Try not to fight.
If forced to a fight, fight to win.
Hold your temper.
If tempted to hit a man, cuss him out instead.
If tempted to cuss him out, count to ten instead.
If you can't count to ten, walk away.
Mind your own damn business, don't spread gossip.
If you give a man enough rope he'll hang himself.
Always wear a hat.
Remove your hat only for:
Church
Hearing the National Anthem
entering someone's home
All other occassions are optional.
Harbor no prejudice.
Stand up for justice.
Take care of your horse before yourself.
Be kind to small children and dogs.
Never trust a politician or a salesman.
A sense of humor will cure most of whatever ails you.
Never quit.
TODAY IS
UNITED WE STAND
In memory of all the soldiers who have died defending our freedoms. DO NOT TAKE FREEDOM FOR GRANTED
