                     to better help you make a deciscions regarding your keychain, lapel pin, and magnet order. T.C. Art

Can I use my own artwork?

            Yes, you can. Please send us a picture or a scanned image of your picture through e-mail and
            we will evaluate the image and inform you about your options in applying it to your keychain,
            lapel pin, or magnet order.

Can I have a sample made without placing an order?

Yes, we would be happy to make you a keychain, lapel pin,or magnet sample. The cost of the sample keychain, lapel pin or magnet will depend on the size requested.

Is there a minimum amount that I have to order?

Sorry, T.C. Art & Craft Worls does have a 200 piece minimun order regarding keychains, lapel
pins, or magnets.

How long does it take to make my order?

            We start the ordering process by creating a B&W artwork of your keychain, lapel pin, or magnet
            design and submit it for your approval. The B&W artwork is the template for the order and the die
            will be made from the artwork. Once you approve the B&W template we create a sample
            keychain, lapel pin, or magnet. Production and delivery of the sample (keychain, lapel pin, or
            magnet) takes approximately 3-5 weeks. The approval process for the sample can be expedited
            by e-mailing a scanned picture of the sample made or actual physical delivery. If time is of the
            essence the sample phase can be bypassed, however keychains, lapel pins, or magnets cannot
            be exchanged or returned if you are not satisfied with the coloration or look. Once you verify the
            sample and its coloration we will start production of your entire order. It takes approximately 3-5
            weeks after the sample is confirmed to deliver the order. Or, if the sample process is skipped then
            it takes 3-5 weeks from the B&W stage. We do have RUSH PRODUCTION & DELIVERY for your
            convenience. Please inquire about this service and we will give you all the information regarding the
            timeline.
