PPG custom: Covert Operations Issue

The Phased Plasma Gun, or PPG, was invented to provide Earthforce personneld a weapon which could kill an enemy quickly and accurately, like a gun, but without the immense hazard of risking a hull breach in a starship. The phased plasma discharge burns through flesh, while doing only minimal damage to metals.
