Fee Schedule When a decision is made to employ on a Permanent basis, the fee is 12-15 percent of the base annual salary. Paying the invoice within 30 days of the employee’s start date, entitles you to a 90 day guarantee. Inquire about our "Select Client" direct placement fee! When a decision is made to employ, on a Contractual to Permanent Option to evaluate and hire an individual, the conversion fee to full time is: 10 % (after 3 months), 5 % (after 6 months), 0% (after 12 months) of the base annual salary. Terms of the contractual invoice are net 30 days. Inquire about our "Select Client" conversion rates! When a decision is made to employ on a Contractual basis, fees are introduced when an individual is presented for consideration and agreed upon during the Clients hiring decision. The Berg Consulting Group
founded in 1996 in Issaquah, Washington relocated to Connecticut the following year. Mr. Berg has 18 years of varied expertise in the computer industry, including : coordinating in-house and field support for software and hardware engineers, software development, and has extensive retail experience. He also worked as a buyer for a fortune 100 company, and as a test technician with a telecommunications 'giant'. Mr. Berg has received a university degree and dabbles in post graduate studies. Recent experience included, recruiting and placement of contractual software consultants in the information systems arena, prior to the start of the company. |
