Qualified Project Leaders must posses current technical knowledge and the ability to manage and direct a variety of high exposure projects. As a team leader, duties include managing project teams throughout all phases of the project life cycle. This person will create an environment that fosters creative idea sharing and teamwork to ensure project success. Financial savvy is must in estimating initial project budgets and anticipating future budgetary impacts. While establishing project task goals and priorities, we will count on you to anticipate and address obstacles, track project status, and maintain project deadlines. Ensure that projects adhere to established quality standards and measurements and coordinate all programming, testing and implementation efforts. Demonstrated experience in managing internal project teams and external resources including technology suppliers and 3rd party development organizations are required. For both functional areas, the selected candidates will have a minimum of 5 years IT experience. Knowledge of Web-based applications developed using Microsoft Development Life Cycle and Microsoft tools such as Visual C++, ASP, XML/XSL, MS IIS, MS COM+, MS SQL an MSMQ is required. Demonstrated influencing, communication and relationship skills at all levels within the organization are paramount. Job Description/Requirements:
Qualified Analysts will proactively interface with business partners to interpret & analyze business processes and translate business requests into cost effective technology initiatives. Additionally, investigating and recommending solutions for application defects, provide estimates for enhancements, identify data requirements, and work with Application Developers to create prototypes and assist in the development of test plans. The selected candidate will possess knowledge in data and functional analysis, with strong ability to document business processes and data flows. Also, partner with the business in the development of test plans and work with other IT disciplines to ensure successful testing, training and deployment.
