Jesus Christ has risen,
He is no longer in the grave;
Yes, He died upon a cross,
He had many souls to save.

But now He lives again,
He is with us every day;
He can lead us through this life,
For He is the life, the truth and the way.

He left His heavenly home,
To come teach us how to live;
He showed us the meaning of love,
He taught us how to give.



He is the Lord of Lords,
He is the King of Kings;
He is our living Shepherd,
So let His praises ring.

He sits on His heavenly throne,
At the right hand of His Father;
But we can send Him our prayers,
To Him they are no bother.

He will come again one day,
I pray it will be soon;
I look for Him each day,
Morning, night and noon.
