Raise Pikachu's Level Fast

1. When you first get your Pikichu, trade it to another version.

2. Duplicate your Rare Candies and use it on Pikichu. 

3. Trade it back to Yellow version.

4. Pikachu will be at a high level, but he'll still obey you because  starting Pokémon always obey their trainers no matter how inexperienced they are.

Make Pikachu Really Happy without doing Anything

1. Heal Pikachu at a Pokémon Center.

2. Use Max Potions on it even though it won't work.

3. Check on Pikachu. It will be really happy even though you really didn't do anything.

Note: You can use this to get Bulbasaur.

Go To Cycle Road without a Bike

1. Go to the gate blocking Cycle Road.

2. Press and hold "right" while you go over to the guard.

3. You should be past the guard now.

4. Walk through the gate. You will be on a bike even though you don't have one.

Make Pikachu Dance

1. Find a ledge and jump down, but don't let Pikachu go down with you.

2. After some time, Pikachu will get impatient and will dance for you.

Make Pikachu Slide

1. Do the dance cheat.

2. When Pikachu is dancing, walk south.

3. Pikachu will slide after you instead of walking.

Put a Bucket on Pikachu's Head

1. Go to a pond and fish with Pikachu beside you.

2. After you fish,c heck on Pikachu by talking to it.

3. Pikachu will have a bucket over his head.

Make Pikachu Say Fish"

1. Repeat the bucket cheat and talk to Pikachu.

2. It will have a speech bubble with a fish drawn in it.

Note: How can Pikachu say "fish", when all it can say is "Pikachu"?
