This is Bessie. She doesn't look like this right now, Her nose has been completely removed and Her frame is currently being cleaned & recoated. New Anchor motor mounts will be installed, then the recently rebuilt 305 and 700-R4 trans that I pulled from Donor #4 will be installed. I did, however, replace the cam & lifters with a Crane Energizer kit, and the timing chain & gears have been replaced with a Cloyes double-roller set. This motor & trans combo was originally meant for Talula, and ultimately still is. I just need Bessie more right now, and I still have to rebuild the motor & trans from my 84 9C1 donor before they get installed in Bessie eventually. I find Her stock copper color a little garish, and I want to repaint Her in a darker metallic brown. Bessie is currently undergoing this work, and I hope to have more pics and info on this page VERY soon.
