The Juniors!

What are they?....

The Junior age in Gemini is from about 11 years and goes up to 15-16 years when you usually start teams with the Seniors (depending on ability) and are competing in Senior section within competitions.

Who are they?....

The Juniors registered with Gemini at the start of 2008 are...

Bethany Bowers....
Bethany is 12 and has been twirling with Gemini only for a short while. Already she has picked up the basics and shows good technique. She is looking forward to competing with Gemini later this year and will do so in Preteen. Bethany's strength is remembering everything she is taught and she is working on new catches and releases, full hand twirls and working on her 1 spin. She twirls within the Pearl teaching group.

Danielle Mowlam....

Danielle is 12 and competes in Preteen. One of our more advanced Juniors she has been twirling with Gemini since she was a Peewee. Over the years she has been competing she has won many regionals titles and top 3 places at Nationals. Her biggest achievement has been been being selected for the England team and competing in the European Championships in Juvenile Solo in Croatia in 2007 placing 14th in her section!
