Here
is an original poem I wrote about Tupac.
Tupac
- Black Prince
Growing
up, as a child, Tupac was misunderstood
On the outside, he was considered to be bad.
On the inside, he was purely good.
He tried to act hard, because as a child he was teased
for looking feminine.
Although he got caught up in a Thug Life,
nothing or nobody could change the good person within.
No matter
how hard he was perceived to be,
Tupac loved to read books and write beautiful poetry.
Many of his poems were his angry response to the injustice
of American Society,
while other poems were motivated by love.
Tupac was multi-talented , but rap fits him like a hand
in glove.
Tupac
will forever live on through his music and my art,
speaking for myself, he has definitely touched my heart.
Whether he was being bad or if he was being good,
Tupac loved his family and he represented his hood.
With his racy song lyrics and beautiful poetry,
I am convinced.
Tupac lived up to his mother's nick-name for him - "Black
Prince."
