We
unlock ALL DCT-3 phones by connecting the phone to a computer
using a special datacable and running risk free software through it. This
basically means that we need your phone to do this. Please note that by
unlocking the phone we are resetting it back to its original factory settings
(ie the way it was made by Nokia). This may mean you will lose any
ringtones/logos or settings which you have put in your phone since.
Just
send us an email
and we will
give you the address where to send the phone to. Then just send the
phone in a well packed recorded or registered mail padded bag (preferably
registered mail) with your Name, Address, IMEI Number and Phone Number that we
can contact you on along with payment method. Please also provide us with any
access PIN codes to access your phone and the battery. We do NOT need
your Sim Card and can not be held responsible for any loss if your sim is sent
with your phone. We will get your phone back to you as soon as the work is done.
