Man, the one thing that enters my mind when I listen to this recording is that we should NOT have recorded yet. Man I did not know how to play an electric guitar back then. On the other hand, recording that CD made it possible for a lot of good things to happen. It helped to spread what we were doing to a good number of people.

Alright so heres the basic story. We had been playing for about five months or so and we had no experience at all playing in a band. So after David and I got enough songs written and we had them down pretty well (we thought it sounded pretty well at the time at least) we decided to try to record. So we talked about it and decided that a live recording would be fun. So after contacting a local sound man, Chuck Sightler, and securing a venue, the cafeteria, we recorded GS live.
