Learn Chinese Characters

Most characters are combined by two or three characters, here are some examples:

1. the idea of 'woods' was expressed when two 'tree' characters were joined. and three 'trees' means 'forest'.

木(mu)＋木(mu)＝林 (lin)

Tree + Tree = Woods

木(mu)＋木(mu)＋木(mu)＝森(sen)

Tree + Tree + Tree = Forest

2. Joining two 'person' characters makes a new character-'follow' , means one person following another. Three 'person' characters together means 'a lot of people'.

人(ren)+人(ren)=从(cong)

Person + Person = Follow

人(ren)+人(ren)+人(ren)=众(zhong)

Person + Person + Person = Many people
