Fushigi Yuugi
Ah... Fushigi Yuugi...
Fushigi Yuugi is a really good anime... It's mainly romance and comedy, but it also contains some action. It's about a girl named Miaka Yuuki. She is a high school student who is studing for final exams. Then one day, she and her best friend Yui, went to the library and found a old chinese book. The moment they open the book, they got transported into the world inside the book.... Yui somehow get's transported back to their world and, she tries to get Miaka back too. Miaka becomes the Priestess of Suzaku, and she has to find all 7 the Suzaku seishi. Yui got transported back to this the "book" world and she becomes the Priestess of Seilyuu. (i think that's how u spell it...) Because of what happened to her, she becomes enemies with Miaka and she also finds all 7 Seilyuu seishi. Once they summon their god, they get to have 3 wishes, but after the wishes they gets comsumed by the god. Yui got to summon her's first. Her first wish was to seal Suzaku's power. Second wish was for Miaka and herself to go back to their own world and making Miaka impossible to come back to the book world. Her third wish was for Suzaku can be summoned anytime/anywhere. She made that wish because she finally found out that Nakako, one of the Seilyuu seishi, was lieing to her and she was consumed by the god. Now for Miaka's wishes.. the first wish was for Yui not to be consumed by the god. Her second wish was to seal Seilyuu's power. Third was that she and Tamahome were together. (how sweet) haha
