This is one of the few fanfics
out there that come from the stand point of Ranma loving Akane
but ends up choosing Kasumi (Another is 'Kasumi and Spice, and
Everything Nice'). Most other Kasumi and Ranma fanfics have it
as Ranma not really being seriously in love with Akane. I commend
the author for attempting to write from such a difficult position.
And while this fic doesn't concentrate much upon the relationship
between Kasumi and Ranma as it does Akane and Ranma, there is
a lot of good writing within which paints a serious picture of
lost love. And although I've never really liked Akane and Ranma
relationships I still respect good writing.

This is one of my favorite
fanfics out there. In this fanfic Ranma is Kasumi's best friend
due to their common interest of cooking although Kasumi wishes
it to be more than that. It seems Ranma is popular with all the
sisters, but none of them know that the others like Ranma. Ranma
is still the arrogant martial artist but he didn't go on the training
trip with his father and ends up being a more socially acceptable
person. This fic is really good due to its many heart warming
and touching moments.
