Raye Hino, the pyromaniac...She's a real basket case, but she's cool. You see, she has quite an extensive collection of "Codename: Sailor V" manga, which she sometimes lets us borrow. That being as it may, it is my responsibility as manager of this site to glorify Sailor Mars now.
Raye Hino is the young, beautiful, intelligent priestess of a Shinto shrine on Cherry Hill. Raye's parents passed away when she was young, leaving the lonely girl to be raised by her wise, kind grandfather. Rei-san gladly embraced her destiny as the Passionate Fighter, Sailor Mars when she learned of it. The love of Raye's life is a handsome wanderer named Chad who happened upon the temple one day. Raye leads a happy life. She is very generous with her manga.

Raye Hino is the crazy pyro who lives at the Shrine on Cherry Hill. She's a priestess there, and does fire-readings. (Surprise, surprise.) She lives with her grandfather, whom Hobbits look down on. (If you've ever read the works of J.R.R. Tolkien, you'll find that rather funny.) "Grandpa", as he is called, is a pruny old pervert. And Chad, the "love of Raye's life" is a "rockstar" who has stagefright. This is probably a good thing, because when he sings he sounds like a dying cat. Raye is a maniac. She "gladly embraced" her destiny because she found out that she'd get to play with fire more often, and that she'd get a chance to burn people instead of just wood. And I'm going back to my lair now, because no reasonable recluse wants to be out here in all this shiny Ether/Wired stuff on the internet.
