What are the Clow Cards?

Clow Cards are ancient cards created by a powerful magician, Clow Reed. Clow was creating a bunch of his own magic, and making them do certain things, like launching Fire and making a gust of Wind. When Clow realized he couldn't contain their powers, he made cards to hold their powers in. Then he created the Clow Book to hold them in, and made Keroberos, the guardian of the cards. He put them on a shelf with the intention that no one would ever find them.....

There are certain categories of Clow Cards. There are the 4 cards of element, which are the 4 strongest cards, which is The Windy, The Earthy, The Watery, and The Firey. There are also cards that are attack cards and some that are defense cards. They all have a unique purpose and are extremely powerful.
