Shampoo's Storyline
"Hey I ain't finished yet!"

It all began in the Qing Hai province of China when Ranma was traveling back from Jusenkyo after falling into the Spring of Drowned Girl. As a girl, he was traveling in the mountains of China with his father (Which was a panda because he fell in the Spring of Drowned Panda). With the Jusenkyo guide, he passed near an amazon village known as Joketsuzoku. In the village, an annual tournament was taking place. Ranma and her father watched the tournament as a Chinese amazon was winning every battle and seemed to be very powerful.
Ranma and Genma were very hungry at that moment, so while watching the tournament, they were eating some food from the winner's first prize banquet without knowing it. After knocking out her last opponent, the purple-haired girl won the contest, but was angry at Ranma and the panda, who stole her prize... Ranma then challenged her to settle the score. Shampoo, (That was her... In case you didn't notice. : ) accepted but didn't know that Ranma was so powerful. So Shampoo got knocked out at the very beginning of the fight.
After getting up, Shampoo slowly walked toward Girl-Type Ranma and then kissed her... Because of the laws of her village, in the event that an amazon from the village is defeated by an outsider, she must give her the "Kiss of Death" and kill her without delay. She then pursued Ranma-Chan all over China out to kill "her".
Later, after Ranma got to Japan and was engaged to Akane, Shampoo found "her" and tried to killed "her" but Ranma-Chan hid from Shampoo. She followed the "panda" to the Tendo dojo and then saw Boy-Type Ranma. A little surprised by the fact that her nemesis was now a man, she then threatens Akane thinking that Akane is hiding Girl-Type Ranma. Ranma then stop Shampoo's attack by kicking her bombori. The heavy ball fell right on Shampoo's head, knocking her out.
Afraid that Shampoo would now try to kill the Boy AND Girl versions of him, Ranma was even more surprised when Shampoo then, hugs him. And when Shampoo kissed him shortly after, a rivalry was now born between the Chinese girl and Akane. Yes, according to the tribal law, if Shampoo (And any other amazon) is defeated by a female outsider, she must kill the girl. But if the outsider is a man, she must marry him! Shampoo then tries to kill the female Ranma and hugs and tries to sleep with the male one (NO SEX here!).
When Shampoo tries to cook delicious meal for Ranma (Cooking P-Chan not knowing that it was Ryoga), Akane (Not knowing that it was Ryoga either) got angry that Shampoo cooked her pet. Shampoo gave the Kiss of Death to Akane because she interfered. Akane, overconfident of her skills wanted to fight with Shampoo. (Unfortunately, it's kinda like she wanted to fight Ranma) So she lost to a dreaded technique: the Sai Fa Tsuengo Shiatsu Ken, which uses a secret shampoo formula and a precise pressure of strategic locations on the head of the victim. That tehnique made Akane forget everything that is Ranma.
Ranma began to look for the shampoo which reverses the effect. He asked Dr Tofu, who shredded the recipe paper when he saw Kasumi. Helpless, Ranma sets to go to China to find the herbal solution... On his way in the streets, he meets Shampoo who was holding the shampoo 119 Ranma wanted. Ranma chased her to get it, catched her but her bottle was a fake. Shampoo then teases Ranma by putting the bottle between her breasts and saying: "You want?" Ranma, thinking he can't be stopped that easily and saying that he is used to girls' bodies, grabs her but couldn't get the guts to go get the bottle before Shampoo yells very loudly, alerting everyone in the vicinity. Ranma then makes a deal with her: "If you give it to me, I'll trade you a favor. Ok Shampoo? But don't go asking me to marry you or to kill Akane or nothing weird ok?" Shampoo then says: "Girl type Ranma you kill"... For Ranma to then say: "On one condition. make that half-kill and wwe're in business ok?" Shampoo, not understanding everything he said (Because she doesn't understand Japanese very well yet) says: "Shampoo no understand but, is deal."
Ranma then tries to convince Ryoga to "almost kill him"... Ranma gets really hurt by Ryoga, Genma and Soun. Then, angry, Ranma insults Akane, which brings back her memory of Ranma. Shampoo then enters the scene, and tries to redo her memory-loss technique on Akane, but Ranma interferes. He then changes himself into a girl in front of her telling her that he truly is a girl and that the boy stuff is just a disguise. Shampoo then goes into a rage and tries to hit him/her with a series of strong blows and when she could finally kill him/her, she stopped, with tears in her eyes, and said: "Bi e ra", and then fled back to China. Ranma then learns that "Bi e ra" is Chinese for "Farewell"...
By returning home without killing Girl-Ranma, Shampoo brought disgrace to her tribe. So, her great grand-mother Cologne decides to train her all over from the start. She brings her great grand-daughter to the cursed training ground of Jusenkyo. And Shampoo gets knocked out into Mao Nicchuan, "Spring of Drowned Cat". She then turns into a cute little cat when splashed with cold water... Unfortunately for her...
Now knowing that maybe Ranma is a real boy after all, she mails herself as a cat to Japan, to Ranma... Only to learn that Ranma is scared to death by cats. (Unfortunately again for her) With her Great Grand-mother coming to Japan too, they open a Ramen restaurant named "Neko Hanten" (Or "Cat Cafe") near the Tendo Dojo. Cologne begins training her future son-in-law and, well, Shampoo tries to get Ranma to love her...
Later, a guy returns from China after Shampoo, saying that he and Shampoo are meant for each other. His name is Mousse. He has been wanting to marry her since they were both three years old. Shampoo doesn't love him though because he is too stubborn, never listen to her and can't see without his glasses. (And also many other reasons...) Almost blinded, he often confuse Shampoo and other stuff like Cologne... Mousse challenges Ranma but can never beat him... Shampoo says she will marry the strongest one, Ranma... She just knows that Ranma will always win. But, I don't think she would marry Mousse even if he were to beat Ranma...
