Dragonball
-This wish was made in the Pilaf saga, when Goku and the rest were trapped in a cage and Pilaf was about to make this wish. Oolong then transformed into his bat form and escaped, at the last minute he got in the way of Pilaf and wished for panties. This wish was granted by Shenron
-This wish was made in the Red Ribbon saga, this wish can be seen in the video version of "Mystic Adventure". A boy indian named Upa lost his father in a Tenkaichi Budoukai when Taopaipai killed him by throwing him on a sharp object. Goku and the rest wished for Upa's father to be revived. This wish was granted by Shenron
-This wish was made in the Piccolo Daimao saga, Piccolo Daimao wanted to become stronger by wishing to be young again. This wish was granted by Shenron
-This wish was made in the end of dragonball when Goku had defeated Piccolo Daimao. Now that Daimao was gone so was Shenron. So Goku went to Kami's lookout aand told him to bring back Shenron. When Shenron was able to be summoned, Goku told him to revive Kuririn, Master Roshi, and Chaozu. This wish was granted by Shenron
Dragonball Z
-This wish was made in the Raditz saga, after Piccolo used his special beam cannon that killed Goku and Raditz. At Roshi's they gathered the dragonballs and wished that Goku would be brought back to life. This wish was granted by Shenron
-This wish was made in the Frieza saga when Dende, Gohan, and Kuririn gathered Planet Namek's dragonballs. With these dragonballs, they would be granted three wishes. They wished that Piccolo would be revived, and the second wish was to bring Piccolo to Planet Namek. This wish was granted by Porunga
-This wish was made in the Frieza saga when Mr. Popo gathered the earth dragonballs. Goku told Kami to tell Mr. Popo to wish that everyone who was killed by Frieza to be revived. This wish was granted by Shenron
-This wish is continued after the last wish because when everyone was restored on Planet Namek, so was Guru, and the Planet Namek dragonballs were restored and Porunga was up and waiting for someone to make the last wish. So now Dende was alive, Goku told Guru to tell Dende to make a wish to transport everyone from Planet Namek to Earth except for Frieza and Goku *phew*. This wish was granted by Porunga
-This wish was made when everyone was on Earth and so was Planet Namek's dragonballs. After the balls were regenerated, Dende wished that Kuririn to be send to Earth's check in station then wished for him to be revived. For the third wish, Dende told Porunga to revive Yamcha. This wish was granted by Porunga
-After the first wish, they all had to wait until the Planet Namek dragonballs were regenerated again. Then Dende first wished for Tien to be brought back, the second was to bring back Chaozu. The third wish was going to be Goku, but Goku was still alive and wanted to stay where he was and would return. So the third wish was for Dende and the rest of the Namek's to be transported to another planet to start a new civilization. This wish was granted by Porunga
-Dende now became the guardian of Earth at this time, and he made new dragonballs that still had Shenron, but granted three wishes. On Kami's lookout, they already had all the dragonballs and wished for everyone that was killed by Cell to be revived. The second wish was for the selfdestruction bombs to be taken out of #18. They had no need for a third wish so it was not granted. This wish was granted by Dende's Shenron
-This wish was made in the Buu saga while Majin Vegeta and Bibidi were destroying earth. Bulma gathered the new dragonballs and wished that every wished that people on Earth that had pure hearts be revived. This wish was granted by Dende's Shenron
-This wish was made in the Buu saga while Buu had released his deadly genocide attack and destroyed the Earth. Dende went to the new Planet Namek and used the dragonballs their to restore the Earth, then to revive everyone killed in the last Tenkaichi Budoukai. The third wish was to give Goku back his full strength. This wish was granted by Porunga
-This wish was made after Buu was destroyed and Dende gathered the dragonballs. He only made one wish to make everyone on Earth forget about Buu and the havok he created on Earth. This wish was granted by Dende's Shenron

-This wish was made at the start of dbgt when Pilaf gathered the Black Star dragonballs and wished that Goku would become a kid like he was in the dragonball series. This wish was granted by the Black Star dragonballs
-This wish was made in the Bebi saga when Bebi wished for his own planet. This wish was granted by the Black Star dragonballs
-This wish was made with the earth dragonballs after Earth had been destroyed atfer the one year limit passed on the Black Star dragonballs. This wish was granted by Dende's Shenron
-This wish was made when the Black Star Shenron's were all destroyed. Dende's Shenron actually made this wish by himself to restore everyone killed by the Black Star Shenrons. This wish was granted by Dende's Shenron
