The five scientists who designed XXXG-00W0 Wing Gundam Zero in AC 180 went their own separate ways. Each one took copies of the plans for their original Gundam design. Doktor S, who went into hiding in the L3 colonies, as the other 4, who went into hiding in the L1-5 colonies, had all designed their own Gundam with the copies of Wing Gundam Zero. Doktor S, with the help of the Barton Security Group, had built the XXXG-01H Gundam Heavyarms for the original Operation Meteor, which was to drop a space colony onto earth. Doktor S and the Barton Security Group murdered the original pilot of Heavyarms, and proceeded with the new Operation Meteor, leaving out the plan to drop the colony and using the gundams directly against OZ.
Besides the fact that it was built with an almost indestructable Gundanium Alloy, Gundam 03(Heavyarms was code-named by OZ), packed an enormous amount of weaponry and firepower in the form of Gatling Guns, Vulcans Guns, Machinecannons, Micro, and Homing Missiles, anda large Beam-Gatling Gun mounted under a shield. Heavyarms quickly paid the price, after overwhelming showers of bullets are quickly dried up. Heavyarms also relies on a Heated Army-Knife mounted under the right arm, for close combat. The New Trowa Barton, with his fast reflexes and acrobatic abilities, relies on this for close combat after running out of bullets, Thus making Heavyarms not go down without a fight.
