The Shinigami Shrine v3.0

The Shinigami Shrine is the home for lots of Information and Multimedia, for Many Gundam series. This is not just a Duo shrine anymore, and not just a Gundam Wing fan site. There will be a list of all the gundams, some of which have never been heard of in the US, and Most of them will be classified and put together with its information. There are of course, and will be more, multimedia and fandom.

Gundam!? Can you say that again...?
What is Gundam, you say? To start, it is an anime. An anime is Japanese animation, Japanese cartoons, obviously originating from Japan. But first, Gundam History. Gundam has been with us for over 20 years, and Gundam has been one of the premier shows in Japan for a Loooong time. At first glance, Gundam looks like any other giant-robot genre anime. The older ones especially look a little worse than the later ones, but if you get into it and actually watch the shows, you will notice stunning storylines and amazing plots, so on and so forth. Like i said it's under major construction and most of it still is not up. Make sure to visit regularly and see when new updates arrive. Currently im having trouble with this Newspro thing and it's pissing me off. Anyway, good luck to all o ya!

01.18.02: Last but not Least

This will be the last update for The Shinigami Shrine. Why? Because im getting my Domain! This site will turn into Eternal Gundam at Eternalgundam.com real soon! That is why i have decided this as my last update. In other news, There will be Video Clips and Music Videos at the site, AND you will most likely be able to download Endless Waltz!!!!

In other sad sad news... Gundamproject, a legend in the Gundam community is closing down Tomorrow *cry*... Mark Simmons, the webmaster of Gundam Project has decided to close it down for many reasons. You can find his farewell message here: http://gundam.anime.net/ Don't Leave Mark! But don't worry, This is not the last thing you will see Mark Simmons do, he will be doing other Gundam stuff, but not the site. Im sorry to see it go Mark. Long Live Gundamproject!!!!

Alright Here's the deal. I am working on the site that this will turn into, for the new Domain that i will most likely get soon. Just for the record, the new name is "Eternal Gundam". If you have any suggestions please send them to me! I also quit Zen Anime Top Sites because they didnt work. I joined BIGANIME.COM Topsite because they invited me to, and i needed to fill in the space. Plus I am happy to finally see that people are beginning to recognize this site. Somebody sent me the name of one of the midi and might send me the rest. Domo Arigatou!

Viz to release 2nd edition of Gundam 0079 manga The latest Viz Mail Order Catalog reports that a second edition of the Gundam 0079 manga by Kazuhisa Kondo will be released. The new edition of the first volume will be released in December, while the second volume will be released in February 2002, the same time that volume 3 is expected to be released. While the catalog is not specific about the details of the new editions, it probably includes new versions of names of people and places to match Sunrise's standardized name system. NEW VIRUS: GONER WORM There is a new Virus loose, a worm. Worms start in one computer, usually sent through EMAIL or other things. They pass through one computer and head to another, after doing its purpose, usually destroying the system or some other major effect. The Goner Worm goes through E-mail, ICQ, and internet relay chats like mIRC. The file is called gone.scr. When it is opened it opens an error message. During then, it deletes the computer's Antivirus program and then sends itself through the Buddy Lists, and Email addresses. The email that has this, will start out like this: Hi There! I was looking at my screensaver and I thought about you! The email will continue on and will have an attachment. Of course, do not download the attachment, which is the worm, and delete the email. Gundam.Com Offline on Dec 1/2001 Gundam.Com will be shutting down for most of the day on Dec 1/2001 for some maintenance and upgrades. This will affect all affiliate sites including side7.gundam.com (Newtype Asylum, WhiteWolf) and http://www.AnimeX.com Third Volume of Mobile Suit Gundam Manga Coming to US Great news! According to Anime News Network, the third volume of Katzuhisa Kondo's ongoing Mobile Suit Gundam 0079 Manga will be released in February. No word yet on whether it will be first printed in comic format and then as a pocket manga, but either way, this is terrific news, as its been at least a year since we saw an american release of Kondo's great manga conversion. The first two volumes are available as either 2 pocket manga or 17 comic book issues. They are a mix of the TV series and movies, along with some new parts completely original by Kondo. Also included are articles by Gundam Project's Mark Simmons, and interviews with the writer/artist. Endless Waltz hits UK This Saturday at 10:30 am, Cartoon Network UK will air for the first time Gundam Wing : Endless Waltz. Source: Gundam.com

G Gundam Confirmed for US Release According to reliable anime news site, Anime News Service, Bandai Entertainment's Jerry Chu has confirmed that Mobile Fighter G Gundam is coming to the US. Casting is currently taking place in Vancouver, BC for the English Dub adaptation. G Gundam will be the next Gundam TV series to arrive in America, possibly on TV as well. More details should be forthcoming next month. It is currently unknown as to whether the DVD release of G Gundam will be bilingual, since the series has not yet been released on Japanese DVD. Char's Counterattack Production underway... Sunrise is also over-seeing the production of Char's Counterattack as well for US/English release in addition to Mobile Fighter G-Gundam which is sheduled for Video release and hopefully broadcast as well.
