This is what Operation Meteor is. I got this quote from Endless Waltz, when Trowa read it out loud.
Operation Meteor. That's what they called Gundams sent to earth. But it was initially something completely different. The rotation of a colony is increased, the blancing mechanism then destroyed at the lagrange point, throwing the colony towards earth. As this causes chaos on earth, the gundams are sent to gain mastery. That's the general outline of the original Operation Meteor.
Basically all that meant, was that The original Operation Meteor was to get a colony to fall to earth, then send the gundams to conquer the rest. That's about it, i think there are other Operation Meteors throughout Gundam Wing but im not totally sure. Any charity about other Operation Meteors would be very helpful! Arigato!
Operation Meteor v2.0
This Operation Meteor is the one that replaced the original Operation Meteor in the beginning of Gundam Wing. The real Trowa Barton was killed by a person helping Doktor S, most likely from the Barton Security Group. The person that we now know as Trowa Barton, had no intention of throwing the colony to earth.
This Operation Meteor is the one that replaced the original operation meteor. Instead, The colony is not dropped, yet the rest of the plans go along as planned. The Gundams are sent to earth, to fight OZ Directly. Each of the five Gundams were sent all around Earth, to fight against OZ. |
