Ether Drives, an engine able to make you go faster then the speed of sound. Much like Hyperspeed(or whatever it's called)in Star Wars. You go very fast and can travel from planet to planet then a regular ship. Mostly used for getting away from an enemy(small ships without sub-ether drives) or from regular sized ships that are to big to follow. Also used for traveling from one planet to another. It is often used by Gene while looking for the Galactic Layline.The only way to stop someone when using the Sub-Ether Drives, is to either shoot the propeller looking engines or to shoot them will actually using them. The Sub-Ether Drives, have propeller looking engines, they create a kind of wind behind them and propellers the ship.
