Finally we here at Rockman EXE have updated our servers so now people with any Internet connection can download, however the speed limit is set to 5KB sec and we ask no one use a Download Accelerator program or you will be banned from our FTP for doing so. We did this so people under 56K can download and less strain on our FTP server.
