YU-GI-OH! A hot new anime that has joined the KSWB line-up on Saturday Mornings. So far the show seems to be a really good and has attracted the eyes of younge and old anime fans aroun the Globe. The show itself is about 4 young teenagers that are into the Game of Duel Monsters. Yugi, the main character of the show, is a curious little boy that posses a rare millinium idol that chanegs his outwrad appearence when dueling. His Grandpa owns a Game Shop and has one of the Rare cards called Blue Eyes White Dragon. Joey, a little bit older than Yugi, is also into the card game of Duel Monsters. he has just started out and is taking lessons from Yugi to learn to be a great Duelist. Tristan, the oldest one of the group, is a protective one that really doesn't care for the game. He is basically the defender and looks out for everyone in the Group. Tea, a girl about the age of Yugi, is also a Duelist and sticks by Yugi's side alot. She fends for others and thinks of others first. She plays a important role in the show so be looking out for her. There is also another character that plays an Important Role in the show, His name is Seto Kaiba. He owns a compony but still plays the great game of Duel Monsters. He thinks that the Cards have no heart and only Power. Now, does sound like an interesting show or what? Its on at 3:30 in California and such. Maybe on at 4 or 5:30 over there at Eastern place. DUEL MONSTERS! This card game is one of the best. Its basically like Magic, but slightly different with the Magic cards and Traps. Duel Monsters is played in the Anime show called Yu-Gi-Oh. Its a card game that requires a deck of minimum 40 cards, a good mind, and quick thinking to aid you in your conquest for Victory. There are 43 different types of cards; Monsters, which is the main card, Magic, which can be used for good or bad, and Traps, which are usually good. There is 3 types of Monster cards too; Normal, most people will start off with these, Effect, these are cards that have special effects when using them, and last but not least, Fusion, cards that can fuse are usually powerful. All Monster cards have an Attack Power and a Defense Power. Most Duelists will have several monsters with high power. Magic cards are essential to have in your deck, without them you stand a slight chance of beating your opponent. Trap cards are good because your opponent never knows what they do until they are already used. Thats the basic of decks. Well for advance users, I have a nice strategic move if you bought the Kaiba Deck or you just have the following cards: Lord of the D., BEWD(1 or 2), some other strong attack power dragon, and Flute of the Dragon. If you can get Flue of the Dragon and Lord of the D in your hands your set. Okay this is what you do; 1st. Lay Lord of the D in atk mode. 2nd. Use your Flue of the dragon to get either both your BEWD or any other strong sdragon cards out. 3rd. Set all of them in attack mode and boost up there atk power as high as you can. 4th Unleash your rage upon your enemy and i garuntee this will leave them stunned! Thats all for now, Laterz!
