Shichinintai: Suikotsu

First Appearance: Episode 107

Suikotsu is the most complex Shichinintai, he has two personalities, one is a kind hearted doctor who would never hurt a fly and the other is the ruthless member of the Shichinintai who uses his metal claws to kill. He can always be seen fighting within himself when the doctor personality tries to surpress the killer within or vice-versa. At first, Suikotsu appeared as the doctor, both Kikyou and Kagome was confused because they knew he must be a member of the Shichinintai, yet the shard within him is pure and is not polluted by darkness like the other Shichinintai. The doctor personality always experience dreams of his dark side, the dream was his past. During an invasion, he tried to save an injured child on the streets, but the child was killed but an enemy soldier right in his arms and thus, the killer was born. The dark side of him will awaken when he is exposed to blood, that is why he always fears blood and tries to wash it off. However, the doctor personality soon disappeared when he was cut by Jakotsu's blade. His dark side's his first target, after being awaken, were the orphans he was treating in the village. Maybe one day, the kind doctor will reappear again, and his dark side will disappear forever...
