50 years later, the mysterious island Hourai-jima reappears to claim the lives of those with the sarced scar as sacrifices. Inuyasha, Kikyou and Sesshoumaru are all connected with the island 50 years ago and when six hanyou children are in need of help, Inuyasha and the gang are determined to save them by defeating the four gods that govern and cause destruction on Hourai-jima.
