Naraku

First Episode Appearance: Episode 18

The fated enemy of the Inu-Gang, Naraku was a bandit named: OniGumo 50 years ago, OniGumo was rescued by Kikyou and he started to fall in love with her. However his love meant seeing the sorrow of Kikyou, so that it would corrupt the Shikon no Tama, but unfortuantly he was disabled and unable to move, so he gave his body to many youkai forming what is now Naraku. His first task after becoming Naraku was to kill Kikyou and InuYasha, his plan was to make them hate each other to see the darkness of the Shikon no Tama, his plan was successful, both Kikyou and InuYasha was killed by his hands. However 50 years later both InuYasha and Kikyou were brought back to life, and so was the Shikon no Tama, now his goal is to gather all the shards to become a full blooded youkai since he's still has the heart of OniGumo and his spider scar within him, which would make him a hanyou. Naraku has not only harmed InuYasha and Kikyou, he cursed Miroku's family with the Kazaana, killed Sango's entire village and manipulated her brother, Kohaku, ordered his detachment Kagura to kill Kouga's comrades, this is just some of the awful things he has done, he has harmed almost every character in the series one way or another. Naraku was able to harm so many people because he has many abilities. He has the ability to change to any form, when the gang first met Naraku, he was this white baboon, now he takes on the form of a young prince. His other forms include, his true form, a giant spider (seen in the 2nd movie), his hanyou form with the body of the young prince with parts of many youkais and his newest form known as "Reborn Naraku". He has the ability to summon the Saimyoushou (Hell Insects), which are poisonous bees used to render Miroku's Kazaana useless. Naraku can use the Kugutsu to make a puppet of his fake forms to attack InuYasha and the gang and do other things. Naraku can also make detatchments/ clones of himself, his detatchments are: Kanna, Kagura, Goshinki, Juuroumaru, Kageroumaru, Musou and his newest detachment, Akago (Baby). His other abilities include, regeneration, creating miasmas (poisonous atmosphere), and create illusions. Naraku releases shouki when he is injured, this shouki is used to form the miasmas. Which so many abilities, its no wonder InuYasha and the gang is having such a tough time killing him, but one of these days, Naraku will be defeated once and for all!
